The salesman came to tell me about the system and I decided to purchase it. He said he would be at the installation (he wasn't). The installer pulled his truck around to the back of my house and was just walking around without identifying himself (he never did). When I finally figured out what he was there to do, I told him to go ahead. He rarely communicated with me. He did ask me where I wanted the system to drain (which wasn't a need mentioned to me in the sales pitch) and he tried to explain what he needed to do. I guess he dug a french drain, but when the system drained the first time, it left a hole in my yard. I putting in the RO system, he unplugged my dishwasher unbeknownst to me. When I found out, I made a complaint when the company contacted me for a review. A man from the corporate office called me and assured me he would make it right. Then the installer called me and told me I just needed to get a splitter. I told him that he was the installer and that was part of what I hired his company to do. When he refused to do that, I said that I would talk to his superiors to get the problem resolved. They sent out a man who never identified himself (even though I introduced myself), who installed the splitter and then was very rude to me because I had talked to the corporate office (THEY called ME). Then he rushed out of my house, saying to call the salesman next time. During this whole process, nobody from the company bothered to instruct me on how to use/monitor the system so I don't even know if it's running properly. The manual is no help--it's difficult to understand because I don't know the industry jargon. Now I have low water pressure in my house that I suspect is because of the installation of this water softener system. I have a plumber coming out to diagnose the problem. I have no faith in Leaf Home Water Solutions to provide me with any decent customer service.

My family had a water testing appointment with Leaf Home, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jake, the representative who came out, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a clear, informative presentation on how Leaf Home’s systems work and explained exactly how their products stand out from other companies. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we fully understood what we were getting. We couldn’t be happier with the system or the deal we got! Highly recommend.

Boy! We had a slick salesman that did a poor job...I mean dreadful explaining our system. We made the mistake of buying it( under diress) only and I do mean only because we like the fact this was a private company. We felt we'd get more attention and service with a privately owned company. He told us NOTHING about additional fees. He made many promises that we've yet to see. " I'll come buy in a couple of weeks with a cover and some bags of salt and check on the system. Another wonderful and knowledgeable service guy came out and techecked everything after I complained of our first guy being a no show and wouldn't return our calls. When I went up the ladder, a woman responded telling us that the company doesn't run like that and offered a free cover for what we've been through. No service. NO COVER.Many promises. We are seniors, but not dumb. Now they have NO COVER FOR THE UNIT. WHAT????? THEN I FIND OUT THE COVER IS UNDER 200.00 STINKING DOLLARS. BOY LOSE A CUSTOMER AND THE NEIGHBORS FOR THAT?? NICE WAY TO LOSE FAITH IN A CUSTOMER. I HATE THEM. FIND A MORE RELIABLE SOURCE WITH LESS PROMISES THEY DONT KEEP.

Ricky was friendly and very informative! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of testing and explaining your existing water quality. He was very knowledgeable on the different types of systems needed to make improvements to the water. I am happy with how quickly we were able to get our water softener and the cost fit into my budget.

Homeowners beware! The only reason, and I mean the ONLY reason I got a Leaf water softener system was, so I didn’t get the white-water spots all over my glass shower doors and have to clean them all the time. I was told by my salesperson that the water spots will no longer be an issue and be spot free. Well, that is not true, it’s a lie. I still get spotting on my glass doors! Less now, but it still does it some and I must clean my glass after every few showers. It sucks having to pay thousands of dollars to fix a problem and it doesn't fix it. My original installer was very sloppy. With his newly installed water lines not being level and plumb with nice clean straight runs. He put foam insulation over the exterior lines that looked like crap and not even rated for exterior use in the heat of the Arizona desert. The worst problematic thing was, they ran all exposed PEX tubing outside from my copper riser pipe at my home service entrance. The installer refused to use copper pipe on the exterior that is exposed to the environment to match all the other copper pipe outside. PEX tubing exposed to the UVs of the hot desert sunlight is not a good idea at all. It is not UV rated enough for the Arizona desert sun. What should last a lifetime of the home, I would expect to replace the exposed PEX tubing a few times over the homes lifespan, which is totally unacceptable. Also, he put a hose bib (the cheapest quality money can buy) on the system to use treated water outside hidden behind the tanks, making it extremely difficult if not impossible to access to attach a garden hose and getting to the valve easily enough. He never bothered to caulk around the two tubing penetrations through the exterior wall allowing insects to enter the home and get in behind the interior walls. Worst of all the main ground wire for the home was left off, leaving me in an extremely dangerous state! He removed it to work on tying the PEX to the main house copper water pipe entrance and never clamped it back on. I called and complained that the installation was not acceptable, it needed to be done right, and I am NOT paying for it. They later sent another installer out and he replaced all the exposed exterior PEX with copper pipe as it should have been done in the first place. Trashed the horrible looking workmanship of the foam insulation and Re-did the useless treated water hose bib mess to where it was easily accessible. So, there you have it folks.
