I was originally considering another company, but they required me to purchase their water testing kit before offering any consultation—even though I had already completed my own testing. Through my contractor, I was referred to a local company, Leaf Home Solutions, which provided free water testing. After the consultation, John confirmed that our water was highly acidic. This explained many ongoing issues, including pinhole leaks in our pipes, problems with our refrigerator’s ice maker, and the fact that we’ve had to replace our washing machine and water heater three times over the past 10 years. It turns out the previous homeowner was unaware of the acidic water (well water) and had only installed a water softener instead of both neutralizer and water softer. Once John explained the results, everything finally made sense. They developed a solid plan for us, and we are very grateful to the manager Theo for sending an experienced plumber/contractor, Paul, who completed the installation quickly and smoothly, just as we had hoped. The results have been excellent. Now, our water is properly neutralized, no longer acidic, and it is softened. It has been great for both our skin and our home, and we no longer have to worry about damage to our pipes and appliances.

We are very happy with all that you do. The free consultation was direct and to the point all our questions were answered in a very professional way. The installation was done right the very first time. The installer Paul is very professional and very courteous the job was done in a timely manner. I met with Michael Fuoco, and we had a professional conversation about the project, products, cost, maintenance and installation. Michael has great knowledge of the process, products and the materials. three days later, Paul the technician came to perform the installation. Paul was professional, courteous and extremely neat. he completed the job effectively and efficiently. Great Job ! Thank you

My experience with this company was a pleasant one. Juan, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Paul , the installer was very helpful and knew that we were unable to install certain equipment. He too was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I recommend them.

Had a great experience with this company Richard Cacciatori was the sales person that came to my house. Was fantastic in explaining the system. Installed the next day. Would highly recommend.
