Two sales representatives from Leaf Water Solutions, Dan and Bob, visited my home earlier today. Dan appeared to be leading the presentation while Bob assisted him. They tested my water, even though my house already has a filtration system installed, and then presented what I felt were very alarming conclusions. For example, they stated that my water had a pH level of 7.6, which is only slightly above neutral (7.0) and just above the 7.5 level they considered acceptable. They also claimed that my house had accumulated approximately 3,900 pounds of sediment since it was built in 1999. I questioned this estimate because I have recently installed new pipes, and even prior to replacing them, the water flow in my home had always been smooth. If such a large amount of sediment had accumulated, I would expect that the pipes would have been significantly clogged, which has never been the case. During the discussion, Dan also mentioned the presence of potential cancer-causing agents in the water. However, the explanation provided relied on numbers entered into his device, and it was not clear to me how those calculations were derived or whether they were based on an independent laboratory test. When I asked questions and challenged the assumptions behind the sediment estimate and the conclusions about water safety, Dan appeared to interpret my questions as a personal attack. I clarified that I was simply questioning the methodology behind the claims. Unfortunately, the conversation ended abruptly when he became upset, stated that I was being “rude,” and left the house. I was surprised by the reaction, as I believe that consumers should be able to ask questions and evaluate the claims made during a sales presentation. My experience left me concerned about the aggressive sales approach and the alarming conclusions presented without clear supporting evidence. I would encourage homeowners to do their own research, obtain independent water testing if necessary, and carefully evaluate any recommendations before making decisions about changing or upgrading filtration systems.

Ceaser came out to check on the leakage that we felt in our water system but couldn’t identify. He came, along with his buddy, another Ceaser and immediately started working on it. Leakage was found, fixed and new replacement added in no time! Thorough professionals both of them and so humble that they shared few tips and hacks to keep things to the point. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Adrian, is wonderful he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to check every possible issue. The reason only 2 stars is the delays in communication while my smart controller was at the shop for 6 weeks pending escalation request with corporate office.

got the system a month back and last week during the winter storm, our water main lines got frozen because it wasn’t well insulated; we did not have water for 3 days. I called the company and they were saying we are supposed to figure out a way for it not to get frozen, and during installation was done service member did not explain anything. They just installed and left. We are not satisfied with the service.
