Product has been great through 9 months but customer service is non existent. We are moving so I called two weeks out from our move that we need our system to be uninstalled from our current home and reinstalled at our new address. l have called 3 times over the course of 8 days. Each time I am told they will let someone from their installation team know and I will be contacted in a day or two. No contact and I move tomorrow. (Update) - they called me right after this review, got someone out to uninstall and reinstall at the new place so updating the review.

Adrian was great. He let me know exactly what he was doing and the state of my equipment. He removed his shoes before entering the house and let me know how long it would take for the kitchen tank to fill. In prior years...Before he showed up... the service wasn't what I expected. Now he's restored my trust with the company.

Our technician was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, our experience changed when he called his manager to see if they could offer us a better deal. While discussing a whole-house filtration system that would cost around $11,000, we explained that such a large investment required some time for us to think it over. The manager’s response was disappointing. He stated that the price would only be available until Monday and that if we didn’t move forward by then, they “couldn’t do business with us.” The tone came across as rude, pushy, and unprofessional. We were actually prepared to pay cash rather than finance the system, but the interaction with management completely changed our perception of the company. High-pressure sales tactics are not something we appreciate, especially when making a significant financial decision. Because of that experience, we decided not to move forward with this company.

Our technician, Adrian, is wonderful he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to check every possible issue. The reason only 2 stars is the delays in communication while my smart controller was at the shop for 6 weeks pending escalation request with corporate office.
