Our technician was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, our experience changed when he called his manager to see if they could offer us a better deal. While discussing a whole-house filtration system that would cost around $11,000, we explained that such a large investment required some time for us to think it over. The manager’s response was disappointing. He stated that the price would only be available until Monday and that if we didn’t move forward by then, they “couldn’t do business with us.” The tone came across as rude, pushy, and unprofessional. We were actually prepared to pay cash rather than finance the system, but the interaction with management completely changed our perception of the company. High-pressure sales tactics are not something we appreciate, especially when making a significant financial decision. Because of that experience, we decided not to move forward with this company.

Adrian was great. He let me know exactly what he was doing and the state of my equipment. He removed his shoes before entering the house and let me know how long it would take for the kitchen tank to fill. In prior years...Before he showed up... the service wasn't what I expected. Now he's restored my trust with the company.

Our technician, Adrian, is wonderful he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to check every possible issue. The reason only 2 stars is the delays in communication while my smart controller was at the shop for 6 weeks pending escalation request with corporate office.

Ceaser came out to check on the leakage that we felt in our water system but couldn’t identify. He came, along with his buddy, another Ceaser and immediately started working on it. Leakage was found, fixed and new replacement added in no time! Thorough professionals both of them and so humble that they shared few tips and hacks to keep things to the point. Highly recommend!

Juanito and his assistant went above and beyond installing our RO system including having to fix electrical wiring. Highly recommend them!
