The crew that came for the salt free water treatment install today was personable, very knowledgeable, and over the top (👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Cam!!) with removing the old 200 lb. equipment when they found out I don’t have garbage removal. They totally cleaned up everything and the install is so neatly and professional (“pretty”, I told them). I’m now going to have a much better system with a good company behind it to take care of it on a regular schedule. Wish I’d done this sooner!

So very disappointed in their customer service. Nov 17, 2025, met with and signed a contract for an R/O system with remineralization. Salesman Dan D, confirmed that we could get an oil rubbed bronze faucet to match our kitchen. Paid in full, our mistake, however, we knew Dan and trusted him to take care of us. Nov 18 2025, installation tech shows up as scheduled and he has a black gloss finish faucet. Told him no, wrong faucet. He went and met his supervisor to swap for the correct one. He opened the new faucet, it’s brown, not bronze. We both agreed it didn’t match. He called his boss, I was asked to let him install and the faucet would be swapped out. I was told to order one and I would be credited. Not feeling comfortable with that, I reached out to Dan, he said he would talk to his boss. I never heard back from anyone. Nov 19, 2025, messaged Dan, no response Nov 20, 2025, husband called. Dan said that he would contact his boss. No return call Dec 9 2025, husband calls again. Dan is surprised we haven’t heard from his boss and said he would contact him again. It’s now January 11 2025. No contact, no promised matching faucet. This company does not follow through and is only interested in selling their equipment, not making their customers happy. I do not recommend this business.

Needed a new water softener and water system. Leaf came and tested my water, showed me the impurities and made a recommendation for the best replacement system. Price was right. All made in the USA. Very neat installation done the next day. The water is so much better. Highly recommended.

I recently had this system installed my home I cannot say enough good things about this company my salesman Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful! Red Byrd the man who did the install again with very proficient neat And timely! I've had the product several days and I'm very excited so far I could not have been happier with my experience I had with them I would highly highly recommend them

We here sold on a system that would clean out all of our sediment and Well water issues. We had a Kinetico system for many years that worked very well. We has Leaf come out to the house and they promised that they would get the right system in the house or they had to fix any issues no charge, including changing the system if needed. The system got installed and worked for a time. We did notice that there was not sediment pre-filter on the system and questioned it with no response from anyone. The system stopped working and our water got quality changed. After several calls I had to call BBB the first time to get someone to show up. A team of people came out telling us how they had a switch in leadership for the area and we would get everything fixed. I person came out tested the system had to remove the entire back of the unit because sediment had clogged it up and it was not working properly. This same thing has happed a couple times now with me getting no reply from them calling BBB the coming out with a new team for the area and promising the world. They installed a beta version of a sediment unit but never finished the installation. We also discovered the Rust product they use has a produce my wife is allergic to in it. pg propylene glycol is a chemical in alot of items but my wife is allergic to it and we told them that at the beginning. We had to switch to a special red out salt that costs a lot of money to get most of the sulfar out but it does not take it all out. We had power outages and they system go reset again and now the system, once again is not working properly and even with the sediment filter we get sediment in our bath tub and toilets and not the toilets need repaired and inners replaced 1-2 times a year. I just wish the had a customer service team that did what they promise. They always come out once, do not finish the fix and leave and then we get no response after that.
