So very disappointed in their customer service. Nov 17, 2025, met with and signed a contract for an R/O system with remineralization. Salesman Dan D, confirmed that we could get an oil rubbed bronze faucet to match our kitchen. Paid in full, our mistake, however, we knew Dan and trusted him to take care of us. Nov 18 2025, installation tech shows up as scheduled and he has a black gloss finish faucet. Told him no, wrong faucet. He went and met his supervisor to swap for the correct one. He opened the new faucet, it’s brown, not bronze. We both agreed it didn’t match. He called his boss, I was asked to let him install and the faucet would be swapped out. I was told to order one and I would be credited. Not feeling comfortable with that, I reached out to Dan, he said he would talk to his boss. I never heard back from anyone. Nov 19, 2025, messaged Dan, no response Nov 20, 2025, husband called. Dan said that he would contact his boss. No return call Dec 9 2025, husband calls again. Dan is surprised we haven’t heard from his boss and said he would contact him again. It’s now January 11 2025. No contact, no promised matching faucet. This company does not follow through and is only interested in selling their equipment, not making their customers happy. I do not recommend this business.

The sales representatives from leafHome (Mark) was very informational and answered all my question efficiently. He was very knowledgeable about LeafHome and what they stand for in being a #1 company. I think this will be a good choice for me and my needs for a softener. I’m excited about my installation in the near future. Thanks Mark you were awesome!

I had your company out for a water test and system analysis. Lindsy Hocstetler was very professional and informative. While our well system was old and not able to have a newer system installed ,Lindsey was honest and informative. Thanks for your time. I will definitely recommended her to anyone who is looking for a water system.

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. But for these guys I had to. Stay far away from this company. I wish we would have. They are only interested in selling you the equipment. If you need it serviced, forget it. I’ve called customer service multiple times in the last week and a half, spoken to multiple people including today I’ve talked to three different people, I’ve provided them multiple phone numbers and an email addresse because supposedly “a technician has been reaching out to schedule service.” I even re-confirmed the email address and phone numbers were correct with the support person. We haven’t received a single call or email back from anyone to schedule service. I’ve talked to several people over the last week and a half apologizing for the horrendous customer service and promising a call back on the same day to schedule, only to never receive a single phone call back. They claim they don’t have an inbound phone number to call directly to schedule service. Every time, it’s “I’ll speak with my supervisor to reach out and schedule service with you.” Who doesn’t have a direct phone number to schedule service? They do not seem to care. It’s a scam. We will be searching for another company to do business with. Stay far away

AVOID THIS COMPANY. What started as a $4,800 whole-house water filtration system installation became a nightmare of property damage and abandoned customer service. The Disaster: Within 3 hours of installation, their improper work caused significant water damage to our finished basement. Water poured from the system, damaging decorative ceiling tiles and soaking into our main structural beam. We caught it relatively quickly, but the damage was substantial. Initial Response (The Only Good Part): To their credit, Leaf responded immediately when we called about the leak. Installation manager came out, helped shut off the water, and said they'd handle everything. He identified replacement ceiling tiles (unfortunately, no longer available) and promised Sporicidin antimicrobial treatment. Then... Nothing: Despite multiple requests for written repair plans and liability documentation, their installation manager and customer care went completely silent. We received THREE separate "someone will contact you within 48 business hours" promises - none kept. Our Solution: After nearly a month of silence, we had their defective system completely removed and installed a proper system with another local company. Current Status: Still fighting to get them to pay for the property damage their installation error caused. Filed complaints with BBB and Ohio AG due to their complete lack of professional follow-through. Bottom Line: They'll take your money and install systems incorrectly, but when their mistakes cause property damage, expect to be ignored. Buyer beware, save yourself the headache and choose another water treatment company.
