Nick Sienkiewicz was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly test our water and clearly explain the results, along with what we could expect from the new system. There was never any pressure, just honest communication and a willingness to answer our questions. Nick and his manager, Derek, worked with us to reach a fair agreement that met our needs and budget. Their customer-focused approach made the decision easy, and they even scheduled installation for the very next day. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Nick, Derek, and the team to anyone looking for a water treatment solution.

Rich was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the water system without making us feel pressured. Everything went very smooth with my new Leaf Home filtration system. I had one of the Reps at my home on Thursday evening thoroughly explaining everything to me and all of my options that I had, and by Friday I had the Cadillac of water systems installed. This company is extremely professional and efficient and is the only company that I will ever use or recommend. Before Leaf Home came I had several other companies try and upsell me and over sell so many unnecessary products and I knew that they didn’t truly care about my family’s water supply like Leaf Home did. They will come out and run all types of tests on your water and then tailor fit a system specific to your homes needs. These guys are the crème de la crème of this industry and I’m so glad I found them. Now I can sleep easy at night knowing that my family has the highest grade water. I opted in to also add the UV light system in addition to my CIS and Carbon system, so now my entire home is free of any harmful bacteria and I have medical grade water throughout my whole home.

We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Bonnie. She explained the process throughly. Gave a lot of information and insight as to what will happen next. Her customer service is excellent and she’s very friendly! There is a lot of reassurance she gave regarding how we will be taken care of moving forward! My family greatly appreciates her due diligence. We’re looking forward to having her help us get our water on track.

It was a great sales experience with Nick. He came and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. He answered all of my questions precisely and truthfully. It is great to see the digital test being done with tells you what actually is in the water rather than just the electrolysis test which is just a dramatic test to scare you. I am technical person and to me all of the technical details matters and Nick seemed very knowledgeable technically to answer all of the questions. Yes they are a bit on the priceir side but I do belive in the technical details of the system and the way it is designed to work. Highly recommended.
