Nick Sienkiewicz was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly test our water and clearly explain the results, along with what we could expect from the new system. There was never any pressure, just honest communication and a willingness to answer our questions. Nick and his manager, Derek, worked with us to reach a fair agreement that met our needs and budget. Their customer-focused approach made the decision easy, and they even scheduled installation for the very next day. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Leaf home came to give me a free estimate. The deal was good the product is doing its job. Problem one Rich the sales rep promised my one week postpartum wife and I the installer would assist me on getting the old system to the curb... Rich lied. John was the installer super nice guy, and very professional, made it clear he could not risk injury taking the old system out, and that Rich just said that to close the sale. John had made an honest mistake, but the mistake ruined my basment flooding a minimum of 250 gallons (if not more) of water into my kids play room and my second living space/wifes office. The installer never secured the dump line for the IMF filter into the sump pit. A month after installation my family and I went down stairs to find fully saturated carpeting to where the kids were splashing in puddles. The water had made its way from the South end of the house all the way to the north. Carpet ruined, all door trim, baseboards, closet bifold doors and man doors water damaged. The water had the dry wall soaked up the bottom the insulation behind the dry wall soaking up water like a sponge. All frame work of walls saturated. I got a storage container to empty the basment the best I could. Luckly my wifes computers were not on the floor. I got those moved up stairs since she is now trying to get back to work after having our third child. Got dehumidifier and fans running non stop. Leaf home sent out Will to properly secure the line and photograph all damages. It has been almost three weeks since Will was here. Still no adjuster. Just an email that stated this process could take 60-90 days. Estimated damage repairs quote one: 22k quote two:23k The system works great! Super happy to have a new working system, our water has never been better. The problem is the company messed up and are draging their feet to help a family in need. Wife's office is now in my living room and my kids toys are locked up in a storage unit. No telling when I will get my house back in order... Praying it will be before the holidays. Im about to start work on my own to get this musty smelling carpet out of my house.

We had a great experience working with Nicole. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We never felt pressured, and she was always professional and responsive. Even though we did not make a purchase, we truly appreciated her excellent customer service and willingness to help. It was a great sales experience with Nick. He came and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. He answered all of my questions precisely and truthfully. It is great to see the digital test being done with tells you what actually is in the water rather than just the electrolysis test which is just a dramatic test to scare you. I am technical person and to me all of the technical details matters and Nick seemed very knowledgeable technically to answer all of the questions. Yes they are a bit on the priceir side but I do belive in the technical details of the system and the way it is designed to work. Highly recommended.
