So glad I made this call. Sales rep Tim Finley set me up with the product. Explained In Details the testing that was done. Did purchased the product and Dustin Blue who install our system was a gem. He was very thorough in explaining how he was going to install the system. His work was very detailed and he cleaned up after he was done. He was Very professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate how patient he was going over everything thing step by step. I feel very confident with this company because of the people they hire.

We had our system installed a couple of years ago, and loved it… but this year I have noticed subtle changes that made me question the quality of the product. I have been noticing that my toilet bowls have a lot of built up even though I clean them weekly, windows and glassware, any plastic surface has a black oily film over it. We immediately called the plumber to check our water heater because i refused to think it was the filtration system. They ended up coming out and servicing our water heater but the issue persisted so I called them back again. He questioned us in detail about the issues, being completely perplexed by what was happening because he has never had a similar issue arise in 25 years of service. When we told them we have a water filtration in the house he suggested that we bypass the filtration system and see if there is a change in the water, also suggesting we get a service out here to check the system. Since bypassing the filtration system I have not seen any reside. But now we have been calling the schedule service and not been contacted back by the company. I’m infuriated that after spending thousands of dollars on a whole house water system filtration that they were so eager to install we have not had the same eager response de to get service out here. I have two small children and the fact that I trusted this company to protect my family’s health with clean water I instead I have been consuming an unknown substance in the water for who knows how long.

Everything with LeafHome Water Solutions was seamless. The consult was not rushed. The representative (Mr Daya) took his time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Our financing options were diverse and there were no issues finding a plan that worked with our finances. No waiting on the install either. A representative (Carlos the Man!) was out the next day bright and early. He was friendly, courteous, professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. When he was done he spoke to us about the unit, about maintenance and any questions we had. Today is day four and so far so good. No chlorine smell, no foul taste, no hard water. My husband and I would definitely recommend LeafHome Water Solutions!

The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and left the work area very clean. He answered my questions made sure U was happy with the installation.
