Ollie is an outstanding representative of emergency services for Leaf Home Water Filtration. My unit had a serious electrical issue and he arrived to my residence within an hour of me calling in the issue to the company customer service representative. He completed a thorough examination of the system and advised us to not plug it in until an electrician examines it. He was professional, personable, and caring. He is an outstanding representative of Leaf Home Water Filtration. He unplugged the system am explained that the water is still being cleaned.

A young man named Luciano came to my house for an annual maintenance checkup. I was some other problems with my system due to freeze damage. Luciano very patiently explained the whole process to me drew a diagram and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL If I still owned my business & was not retired I would definitely try to hire him away from Leaf Home. LOL! Great employee very impressed! PS. I suggest that Leafhome give Luciano a nice raise.

Luciano came over and assisted us with our water softener and replaced the filters. He was very knowledgeable about how to clean out the water in the water softener where the salts are placed. He explained everything very well. He was very nice and efficient. Felt I was treated like a family member! A++++ experience! Wonderful person to work with!

I installed the Leaf Home Water Solution whole home water treatment system, and I must say I’m quite disappointed. The initial cost was a staggering $5.5k. However, the sales representative failed to disclose hidden maintenance costs, leaving me feeling misled. Every time there's an issue, I’m forced to spend a couple of hundred dollars on repairs, in addition to expensive filter replacements for the RO system. The RO filters can only be changed through their service, which eliminates my ability to purchase and replace them myself—a major inconvenience. Moreover, the water softener seems to dump excessive salt into the water. My average annual maintenance cost is around $600, which includes both the salt and yearly maintenance service. To top it off, my last filter replacement in RO didn’t even last five months. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer a courtesy check. Once the system is installed, it feels like they take your business for granted, and the treatment from the sales team is worlds apart from the customer service experience. I do not recommend the Leaf Home Water Solution system. It has proven to be not only expensive upfront but also a financial burden in the long run with hidden costs and subpar customer service.
