Ollie is an outstanding representative of emergency services for Leaf Home Water Filtration. My unit had a serious electrical issue and he arrived to my residence within an hour of me calling in the issue to the company customer service representative. He completed a thorough examination of the system and advised us to not plug it in until an electrician examines it. He was professional, personable, and caring. He is an outstanding representative of Leaf Home Water Filtration. He unplugged the system am explained that the water is still being cleaned.

A young man named Luciano came to my house for an annual maintenance checkup. I was some other problems with my system due to freeze damage. Luciano very patiently explained the whole process to me drew a diagram and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL If I still owned my business & was not retired I would definitely try to hire him away from Leaf Home. LOL! Great employee very impressed! PS. I suggest that Leafhome give Luciano a nice raise.

Luciano came over and assisted us with our water softener and replaced the filters. He was very knowledgeable about how to clean out the water in the water softener where the salts are placed. He explained everything very well. He was very nice and efficient. Felt I was treated like a family member! A++++ experience! Wonderful person to work with!

After careful thought, I had decided to call and ask for professional help with my well water system. I knew I had a working softener but I feared that my carbon filter wasn’t working anymore (10+ yr old system). Come to find out, all that was true but what I appreciated most was not being pushed into replacing unnecessary components. They took the time to test not once but twice to show me actual results. After considering the options, we determined the best fit for my house would be the whole home system which has a softener and carbon filter that work together and not in tandem like my old system. This was Monday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon, the install was scheduled. I appreciate a quick timeline. The installer, Ollie, came out and not only did he install it flawlessly, he even took that little extra to help tidy up my well house. Hands down, a great experience and seamless install. 10/10 recommend!
