I called Rapid Recovery Team on a Saturday afternoon from Ocoee and they were quick to assist me when I had a water leak emergency from my upstairs washer. They came over and assessed what needed to be done and then quickly sprang into action setting up fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold. Big thanks to Jorge, Juan, Daniel, and Brian that helped me during my time of need.

Rapid Recovery Orlando came quickly to help with drying our house out after a pipe broke. We are in Eustis, FL. Brian was here within about 90 minutes and started getting equipment set up. Very thorough and helpful.

I had a great experience with Orlando Rapid Recovery for mold remediation and restoration work. Glenn was extremely professional from start to finish. He understood the full scope of work immediately, recommended the proper restoration solutions, and executed everything within a great timeframe. What stood out most was his communication, speed, and ability to work within my budget without compromising quality. Brian, Daniel, and Mayela have been wonderful during a difficult, unexpected time. A water pipe burst and caused major water damage to several rooms in my home. They’ve had great communication, checked in each day, and educated me on necessary steps. Will definitely call them if needed again in the future (but hopefully not)

Rapid Recovery Team Orlando LLC came out because of water damage. Carlos came out right away. Service tech Daniel was out once. Brian Gibson was here twice. Set up machines to dry everything out. Prompt respectful and quick response. We recommend them to anyone. We live in Leesburg FL. Great job!
