We had water damage from a leaky air conditioner. We called Restoration Express and met with Isaac who was so professional. He sent their team, Chris and Shadi who worked very hard for 3 weeks to clean out the wet drywall, flooring and clean up the mold. They always kept the work place clean. We are extremely happy with their work. We passed the mold test and can now start the reconstruction.

I had a really good experience with RestorationXpress. They were super quick to respond and showed up fast, which made a big difference since mold and moisture issues can get worse pretty quickly. The team was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything, checked all the affected areas, and made sure the job was done right before leaving. I never felt rushed or left in the dark. can’t say enough good things about this restoration company and the amazing service we received. From the very first call, their response time was incredibly fast. When you’re dealing with a leak, every minute matters, and they truly understood the urgency of the situation. They arrived quickly and were ready to get to work right away. Shadi and Chris were the technicians who came out, and they were both outstanding. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why the ventilators were necessary, and how the drying process would help prevent further damage. That level of communication gave us a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. The installation of the ventilators was done efficiently and carefully. They made sure everything was set up properly and safely, and they treated our home with great care. They worked in a very organized and clean manner, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. What stood out the most was their professionalism and positive attitude.
