Rob with mold and water Florida helped me with my water leak in the wall which has been leaking for quite some time building mold in the walls and by the floor. He helped handle everything with the insurance company and made sure the process was smooth as can be. He was fast, reliable, and always on point would recommend him to everyone I know.

Dylan was great. Great work. I’m a handy guy and believe me usually when you want something done to your desire you have to be involved. We saw immediately the care being taken and knew that everything would be great. It was. Feel comfortable the work was done to the best anybody could have ever done. I’ve dealt with many contractors over my 70 years and done many projects myself. I didn’t have to play GC, just let him work. Thanks Dylan for an excellent job.

Rec. for Mold and Water Florida Broward County: Fort Lauderdale On August 14th, 2026, I discovered a leak in my cupboard at approx. 3 a.m. The ceiling in the cupboard with my water heater was soaking wet and dripping. I was upset, so I looked it up on the internet and it said that a wet ceiling above or near a water heater is an emergency and should be reported immediately. It also said that, “Water can quickly cause heavy drywall to collapse, ruin electrical lines, or trigger severe mold growth within 24 to 48 hours. “ It advised me to turn off the water heater and shut the breaker. I did. It may have seemed like my unlucky day, but it wasn’t. Because as luck would have it, I called Rob, the owner of Mold and Water Florida. I woke him up. He stayed on the phone with me and patiently answered every question I had. He was kind and thorough. I trusted him, and as things unfolded, my trust was more than well-founded. Claudy, one of Rob’s employees, came that morning to do a thorough investigation. He spent about two hours in my apartment checking and testing. Claudy was as thorough and as nice as Rob. I was so grateful to him, I gave him the biggest tip I have ever given a service person. He tried to refuse it, but I insisted. It was my gratitude for giving me the service, respect and kindness I needed. He explained everything. Yes, he found mold. Yes, he found the leak. He brought in the equipment needed to dry the walls and he treated the mold that was visible. Rob never missed a step. He came himself to assess the situation and we agreed on a treatment plan. He was in constant contact with me because I had to report everything to my Condo Association. Lest you think I am Miss Positive (which I usually try to be), I was met with enough frustration and irritation to push me to fear, resentment and anger. Rob had warned me about exactly what I was met with. I don’t need to go into detail, but assume all of the positive things I say about Rob and his employees, and figure much of what I had to deal with (and am still dealing with) is, to a large degree, the opposite. Meanwhile, my mold had to be removed, and everything was handled by Mold and Water in a timely fashion. After the walls were dry enough, Rob sent three men to cut my dry wall and remove the mold. Lucas, Anthony and Dylan came exactly on time, and were every bit as respectful, thorough and careful as Claudy. After Rob’s company handled their end of the business, the leak came back because when Claudy offered to go to the apartment above mine to check it out to see if he could determine for sure where the leak was coming from, my Condo Association refused. Policy. So here I was with another leak. I reached out to Rob because he was the person most responsive, respectful and compassionate. Fully professional by anyone’s standards. In spite of being ill, he kept in touch with me though his part of the bargain was already handled. So I say to you, if you have to deal with a leak, flood or mold issue, I’m sorry. But I can tell you absolutely with full confidence that you can’t do better than Mold and Water Florida. Period.
