We had our lower level flood with sewage water late Sunday afternoon. Doan Restoration came out around 8pm to begin the sanitation and restoration process. Steven and his partner were amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and honest. Our family greatly appreciated the quick response and thoroughness of their work. We highly recommend using Doan Restoration if you are experiencing any type of issue in your home or business whether it’s water related, fire, or mold. Thank you again for your promptness and taking care of our family so late on a Sunday evening!

UPDATE!! Once again, these guys are superb! I’d like to thank once again Quade, Brian, Brandon, Tony, Evan and Eric. These guys are quick, helpful, so so kind, and so good at their job. I hope I never need them again, but they will definitely get my business if I do and I would recommend them to anyone! These guys are the best! Quade and Talis are amazing! Our basement flooded from a broken meter and they got out to us so fast! They had the water gone, clean up, blowers, dehumidifier and air purifier going super quick and explained everything to us, what we should expect next and said we could call with an additional questions. Super nice, helpful and respectful guys. Highly recommend this company!

I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Dian Restoration. Steve and Brandon arrived on time and were very thorough. They explained the process, next steps and answered all of our questions. We feel confident that our needs will be met during this very stressful time. Steve and Brandon made a tough time seem more manageable. I would definitely recommend Doan Restoration for any water mitigation and restoration needs.

It's never ideal to have water damage in your home but that was the situation I found myself in a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately, Doan Restoration was recommended to me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They sent team members out the same day I contacted them and were able to assess my issue, stabilize the moisture in my house, and help me determine next steps. Each time Quade K. from the Doan team came out to complete a part of the process he was professional, courteous and communicative. He made a stressful situation hassle-free and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, the customer service was amazing and I would recommend working with Doan Restoration.

I can’t say enough great things about Doan Restoration! After discovering a water leak, my plumber recommended them, and Kyle was at my house within two hours. A few hours later, Bryan arrived with the equipment needed to immediately start drying everything out. Their response time, knowledge, professionalism, and level of care were exceptional. They went above and beyond not only to address the existing water damage, but also to make sure the moisture didn’t spread and cause further problems. When you’re dealing with unexpected water damage in your home, having a company respond that quickly and confidently makes an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive Kyle and Bryan were throughout the process. Highly recommend Doan Restoration!
