Wow! What a God send!!! Doan's was a referral based on a follow-up from a service call from Blessing PH&E. They came highly recommended as honest, trustworthy and quick to respond. Boy I'll say! Jack from Blessing called and gave Doan's a brief summary of my problem (as he reported he planned to), and as I watched him pull out of the driveway... my phone began to ring and it was Doan's calling to assist already! Now I thought that's service right? Wait...it gets better! Jacqueline talked me through the situation and explained they actually had some staff in the area that could come and complete the FREE inspection to get me started today! Yes please! This is already a nightmare! Let's try to reduce as much damage as possible was my thought ....Not a problem, she will contact the staff and they will contact me shortly. Less than five minutes later, Quade called. He told me the GPS gave him an ETA of 9 mins. He and Brandon arrived and were so friendly and professional. They immediately put my mind at ease. They were nice and respectful. They were NOT the least bit condescending as some service men can be when working with a female. My own personal circumstances at this time are making my situation extremely emotional, These gentlemen handled that with poise, grace, and kindness! My grandmother always said it doesn't cost anything to be nice. In these days when it seems home training has gone by the wayside; it's refreshing and inspired hope to see that it still exists. It obvious that Doan's found it in these two individuals when they hired Quade and Brandon! I honestly felt like I could have left them in my home unattended and not worried one bit! That caliber of professional is almost nonexistent these days; I've only ever experienced it one other time, in my 49 years! I highly recommend Doan Restoration and will definitely be singing their praises from the rooftop to anyone who listen in the future. They walked me through the process and right out of the nightmare that was going on, explaining things every step of the way, making sure I understood and this alone made the stress reduce by 75% almost immediately! Thank you so very much!!!! I can't say enough!

We had a basement flood and got directed to Doan through insurance. They helped coordinate a plumber to fix the sump pump and then came out to clean up the rest of the water. Eric and Steve were fantastic! They were extremely nice and professional! They were very transparent about how things were, what needed to be done, and walking us through the process!

It's never ideal to have water damage in your home but that was the situation I found myself in a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately, Doan Restoration was recommended to me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They sent team members out the same day I contacted them and were able to assess my issue, stabilize the moisture in my house, and help me determine next steps. Each time Quade K. from the Doan team came out to complete a part of the process he was professional, courteous and communicative. He made a stressful situation hassle-free and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, the customer service was amazing and I would recommend working with Doan Restoration.

Where do I even begin, Steven and Mark are fantastic. Had my house flooded by the plumbing company I used and these two came to the rescue! Great customer service, always willing to answer my questions and just very friendly to be around! I hope I never need to need this service again but if I do I’m calling these guys up because they’re fantastic. I’ll be sure to recommend Doan Restoration! Thank you fellas, Abu!

Steven and team from Doan Restoration was timely, detailed and provided good feedback and direction in the demo work. They also cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day.
