I had a complex hidden leak that turned into a much bigger issue than I expected, impacting multiple areas of my home including the garage, laundry room, pantry, kitchen, and downstairs bathroom. There was mold in the walls, and the damage required rebuilding walls, replacing tile, baseboards, and more. J&R Restoration handled everything from remediation to full rebuild with professionalism and care. As a homeowner with no experience in insurance claims or restoration, I truly appreciated how they walked me through the entire process and made it feel manageable. Their team was responsive, trustworthy, and efficient, and the final result looks amazing. I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Highly recommend.

I had a water line for my ice-maker spring a leak in my townhouse in Boca. There was water everywhere. I found J&R on Google and they sent Danny and Alan over. They were there in 45mins! They calmed me down and explained everything including the drying process. They removed all of the water. Thankfully they were able to save my kitchen cabinets and baseboards. They took the extra time to carefully move items and even put safety tape on all the cords. I recommend J&R to anyone that has a flood and/or water damages.

If ONLY I could leave a 10-star review for J&R Mold Remediation; yes, they are THAT impressive. And EVERYONE there; Tania and Victoria, owners Roy and Joseph - they just couldn’t be any nicer, and more understanding of the urgency to remediate the mold you have. Their professionalism and business acumen is simply ‘over and above’. I am so thankful for them. Joanie Bates
