Back in August of 2025 J&R was contracted by my HOA to help in our daughter's closet after we found signs of old water damage from before the roof remodel. They did such a great job not only finding and eliminating mold we didn't know was there but on the rebuild (which they were seperately contracted again by the HOA) they not only replaced everything the way it was they went the extra step to paint the wall the color we were planning to do before we found the water damage. A few months later I came home to find standing water around my water heater. Given my first experience I called J&R right away. They guided me the process, explaining I should replace the water heater first and once in they'd come out for the remediation. Plumber came next day, J&R the following day after that. My wife and I had just had our 3rd daughter, and my only concern was a safe environment for the new baby and my family and if possible, to be restored by Christmas. J&R went above and beyond with the timing of the remediation and cleaning. Initially they said they'd be able to get most of the restoration done by Christmas (it was already December at this point) and I was more than happy for that much. They managed to fully restore our home a couple of days before Christmas! While I hope to not need their services, anytime I do they are the only company I will be calling. I've had the pleasure of working with both Joe and Ray. They're very communicative and want nothing more than to work with you and make sure you're happy with the results. The rest of their team are awesome as well. Whenever they were in our home, they happily entertained my two daughters' endless questions, explained everything to me or my wife in great detail before doing something, and always tried to be as accommodating as possible. Living in south Florida, water damage and mold are an inevitable headache we deal with. I'm happy to say again that J & R will have me as a customer; I can't endorse them enough.

Have had the pleasure of using this company while president at a condo association. They worked on some very challenging projects and exemplified at it all. They dealt with difficult people and situations and Always maintained a courteous and professional demeanor. They resolved complex plumbing issues and I actually called them for a water problem I had at my own home. Totally satisfied with the work, as I knew I would be. Can’t say enough about how incredible this company is and they work with The Absolute Best plumbers. Always Reliable Plumbing. Just Loved J&R and how helpful and Genuinely Caring they are. Would Never call anyone else. Thank you J&R for All you Do and Are.

I recently had J&R Restoration come out for a complimentary visual inspection, and I’m so glad I did. Living in South Florida, I’m always a little nervous about hidden moisture or the potential for mold, especially in areas you don’t always think to check. Their team was incredibly thorough and professional from start to finish. They checked around my HVAC, windows and used these really cool tools to take moisture, humidity, and even infrared readings to make sure nothing was lurking behind the scenes...or walls. What I appreciated most was how informative and low-pressure the entire experience was. They took the time to explain what they were looking for, why it matters, and gave me real peace of mind knowing everything was okay. If you’re even slightly concerned about a leak or possible mold, I highly recommend taking advantage of their complimentary inspection. It’s such an easy step to protect your home and avoid much bigger issues down the line.

Haley from J & R Restoration Services came out to estimate damage to my home, and I was extremely impressed. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly experienced in dealing with insurance. The company as a whole was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Great experience.

J&R and their crew was great. Provided quality work, took extra effort to make sure everything was finished fast, clean and as quoted. I definitely recommend them for all your home remodeling & mold remediation needs.
