We had a basement flood and got directed to Doan through insurance. They helped coordinate a plumber to fix the sump pump and then came out to clean up the rest of the water. Eric and Steve were fantastic! They were extremely nice and professional! They were very transparent about how things were, what needed to be done, and walking us through the process!

We hired Doan to assist with the clean up of a recent issue at a rental property. They sent out this wonderful man named Mitchell to help us with our issues. Mitchell was kind, courteous and very professional throughout the entire process. We appreciated his professionalism in what had been a pretty difficult time for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire or recommend them again, that goes for both Michell and Doan!

New Year’s Eve, right after we came back from vacation, I noticed the pipe burst in my basement, and most of the finished areas were soaked. It was absolutely a nightmare. But luckily Eric and Mike came and helped us. They are really professional and friendly, letting me know what exactly happened and how to fix it. They worked from 8:15 PM to 10:45 PM, cleaned up everything and setup dehumidifiers and blowers. All the details and meter readings were recorded for insurance claim. They said they worked for nine families today for over 10 hours. That’s incredible and definitely means a lot for all the families. So grateful, and happy new year Eric and Mike!

Unbelievable that hat this company doesn’t have FIVE STARS!!!!!! Chad, Marty, Margaret, and Wayne are just simply fantastic. From the initial call, first meeting complete with air scrubbers when they didn’t even have the job yet to pack out, cleaning, painting, and full hopes of total recovery of our home of 36 years. They have all been heaven sent. No reason in anyone’s sane mind to call anyone else when you have a catastrophic event!!! Just do it! You will not be disappointed. Clean, compassionate, confident, and always available to answer every question and concern.
