UPDATE!! Once again, these guys are superb! I’d like to thank once again Quade, Brian, Brandon, Tony, Evan and Eric. These guys are quick, helpful, so so kind, and so good at their job. I hope I never need them again, but they will definitely get my business if I do and I would recommend them to anyone! These guys are the best! Quade and Talis are amazing! Our basement flooded from a broken meter and they got out to us so fast! They had the water gone, clean up, blowers, dehumidifier and air purifier going super quick and explained everything to us, what we should expect next and said we could call with an additional questions. Super nice, helpful and respectful guys. Highly recommend this company!

Brad is a great manager. He’s the guy on the phone that manages the project. He is understanding, he listens to the resident of the home he’s working on. I sincerely thank him, as well as Brandon, Steve, Eric, Brian and Tony. They are very efficient professionals, also friendly and respectful. They did a great job!

It's never ideal to have water damage in your home but that was the situation I found myself in a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately, Doan Restoration was recommended to me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They sent team members out the same day I contacted them and were able to assess my issue, stabilize the moisture in my house, and help me determine next steps. Each time Quade K. from the Doan team came out to complete a part of the process he was professional, courteous and communicative. He made a stressful situation hassle-free and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, the customer service was amazing and I would recommend working with Doan Restoration.

Steven and team from Doan Restoration was timely, detailed and provided good feedback and direction in the demo work. They also cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day.

Brandon and Talis do amazing work - they're professional, focused, task oriented and polite. Certainly the kind of people you want intruding into your home after a disaster. They work well with pets, They will assist with minor movement labor prior to clean up, Will assist will professional advice.
