We had a small leak while we were on vacation, and when we returned, the carpet was all wet, as was some of the drywall. Our insurance company recommended Purofirst. They came and removed the carpet, dried it, and removed and repaired some of the drywall—everything that needed to be done. They had to take away the padding, but the carpet was salvageable. Their attention to detail was fabulous. They were just really excellent. They came with a camera that recorded everything beforehand, and after they did the work, they photographed it again. I really was very, very pleased with them. They were great. The people who actually came were very communicative, and when I called the company for scheduling a couple of times, they were very helpful. I haven't had any problems since. I would give them an A+. I would definitely recommend them to others.”

They were just giving me a head's up, so I went ahead and took care of those problems. I think the worker's name was Martin or Marvin—he was so incredibly helpful. He was very good at managing my expectations. It's a very annoying situation to be in to have your basement flooded, and he was very good at calming me down and explaining what he was doing and how long it would take. I'd give them an A+. I hope that I never have to use them again, but if I needed to, I would use Purofirst again.”
