“My review of ProMark Tree Service is based on the representative (Kendra) who at the job and prepared the estimate. We are a HOA get 3 estimates before selecting a company for any job. ProMark did not get the job because of price. I cannot complete the rest of the survey.”

“The work completed was excellent, the coordination and scheduling prior to the work was challenging at best. Phone calls were not returned, I had to call the office multiple times to request a returned call and then I was scheduled for the work with no notification. I specifically told the individual that I wanted to be home when the work was to be completed but, initially, no one checked with me.”

“I would use them again and I would recommend them to friends and family. I think they did nice work. One thing that stood out to me was that when they showed up at my house they parked on the street and surveyed the area before bringing their equipment in. I have a pretty long driveway.”
