If you need a tree removed, Top Tier Trees is highly recommended! When I initially called for an estimate, a live person took my call. A certified arborist, Thomas Joliff, came out as scheduled and on time. He evaluated 2 trees on my property, gave me a fair, competitive estimate, and told me what to expect regarding a timeline for city permits to be obtained prior to the work being done on a day that I was able to select. The crew showed up on time and worked as a team to get the job done. It was amazing to watch how they would clearly communicate with one another to guide large branches gently down with ropes and direct big sections of the trunk to fall away from the house using ropes and heavy equipment in order to ensure safety and avoid damage. They cleaned up everything as they worked. A few days later, Victor worked around my schedule to return to grind the stumps with his remote controlled equipment. Thomas then came to accept my payment for the services. There were some oil stains on the driveway from the trucks and small hole in the lawn. The company sent out someone the next day to pressure wash my driveway and Thomas himself came back to fill and seed the hole in the lawn. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction.

This company came out same day for assessment then to do the work. Awesome crew. Within an hour the completely removed the tree that had fallen as well as cleaned up the whole area. You wouldn’t even know a tree was there if it wasn’t for the hole in the ground. I highly recommend this company. They were also so willing to speak to my insurance adjusters on my behalf which I know is a big comfort for some people.

If you need a tree cut down, call Top Tiers Trees - they are the best! I had a very complicated situation with a huge (over 100ft tall and over 5ft diameter) hollow, decaying tulip poplar tree in my backyard that was not accessible from my property for the required crane and removal equipment. Top Tier found a solution through a neighboring property, negotiated on my behalf for their equipment access, and successfully, with no damage to any property, cut my tree down. It took two days and so much effort on their part! They cleaned up and left my property in better condition than when they started. Communication from Damon Clark was exceptional! He went above and beyond to solve what seemed like a dire situation and made it so much better than I expected. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees to do any tree removal. Professional crew, excellent work, very satisfied!

Amazing business! Had a great experience working with CHAPMAN & JEN. The entire tree removal process was efficient and clean. Communication was clear and constant throughout the entire process. Top Tier has all the necessary equipment and manpower to handle any job. The pricing was AMAZING! I will continue to do business with them and refer all my friends and family to them.
