I would give 100/5 stars if I could! I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Top Tier Trees - with a HUGE shoutout to Chapman! He truly made my day (and maybe even year). I would recommend him and Top Tier Trees to anyone searching for honest, professional, kind, and prompt service. My neighborhood planted trees that aren't ideal for the location and one had completely blocked the pathway to my front door. Chapman took the time to explain what type of tree it was, walk me through my options, and ultimately advised that it should be removed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. Since it was a small job that could be handled quickly with a hand saw, he told me he wouldn’t feel right sending a crew and charging for a large or complex job. He happened to have a hand saw and space in his trunk, so he offered to take care of it on the spot—at no charge. That level of honesty and service is almost unheard of. The entire interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Chapman truly went above and beyond. In a time when that kind of integrity is rare, it meant a lot—he took just a few minutes, but it made a huge difference for me. I will absolutely bring any future business to this company and recommend them to all my friends and family. Top Tier Trees—give Chapman a raise! You’ve earned my loyalty and highest recommendation.

Amazing business! Had a great experience working with CHAPMAN & JEN. The entire tree removal process was efficient and clean. Communication was clear and constant throughout the entire process. Top Tier has all the necessary equipment and manpower to handle any job. The pricing was AMAZING! I will continue to do business with them and refer all my friends and family to them. Ask for Chapman! He will take good care of you. Thank you Jen for helping coordinate this project as well!

Best service from start to finish. Scheduling someone to come out and look at our trees was incredibly easy. I called in, and the customer service was excellent. Erin came out to assess the trees we needed removed—she was not only on time, but also took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything, listen to our concerns, and offer great suggestions on how to save some of the trees with treatment rather than removing them (since they weren’t a risk). Her estimate was clear, thorough, and easy to review, adjust, and approve. The Green crew, led by Ian and Erix, showed up exactly when promised. They worked efficiently and were very mindful of our lawn and surrounding areas to avoid damage. One thing that really stood out was how seriously they took safety. After the work was done, they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell trees had been removed—aside from the stumps. Jarvis came out to grind the stumps, again exactly when scheduled. He worked efficiently and left everything clean, with no debris or dirt left behind. We’ll have Alex out next to treat the remaining trees and help prolong their life. Overall, I haven’t experienced this level of customer service and professionalism in a long time. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees.

Top Tier Trees removed a couple of large trees today and our experience was beyond fantastic. They arrived at 11:00 and were completely finished by 3:30, leaving no trace that they were here. With apologies to Servpro, our front and back yards look “like it never even happened!” Starting with our initial meeting with Chapman Wheeler, Top Tier Trees has exceeded every expectation. Thank you for the unmatched quality of your service, the skill and courtesy of your crews, and the professionalism of your office and sales staffs. You’re the best!

(Google doesn’t allow you to leave more than one review for a company, so I’m picking up where my husband left off!) We recently made the decision to take down a beloved pecan tree that was too close to houses and made a mess each year from nuts and sap. From start to finish, the Top Tier team was amazing. Watching them take it down was like watching a ballet! The following week Jarvin, one of their stump grinders, returned to remove the stump leaving the mulch for our gardens. Again, amazing work done digitally and quickly. Professional, prompt, respectful, and reasonably priced. Top Tier obviously hires the best!
