“The material used in regrouping my kitchen granite countertop seems to be subpar as it came off within a few weeks in some areas. It’s interesting that the grouting that has been there lasted 15 years. We were not happy with the owners response. He indicated that we could have the seam redone but it would be an additional charge. After an $1800 total project we thought that they should have offered to come out and take a look before assuming that their workmanship was done correctly.”

“Repair guys were great. Only reason for 4 stars is seal on kitchen counter already separating. Bathroom grout still looks brand new.”
“Jason and his team are very courteous and friendly, very punctual, and they do a very high quality job. We've actually called upon their services twice now. The first time was to re-grout a shower floor with epoxy grout (which turned out great), and the second time was just to super-clean and re-caulk a shower. In both cases we were very pleased with the work done, and would highly recommend them.”

The number one quality that I look for in people and business is how they react when there's a problem. Everything's awesome when everything is going great, just like when the stock market is going up, everyone's a genuis. The true measure of a person and a compnay are when things dont go so well. I did have an issue and Justin, the owner, took a personal interest and made sure he came out and made things were right and that goes a long way. Someone that stands behind their work and knows their reputation matters. This is why I wanted to take the survey. He's doing this because he cares of his customers and reputations.”

“We liked the grout cleaning but the floor tile looks he same.”
“It was a tough job. I wasn't really satisfied in the beginning, but they came back out to make sure I was happy and did the whole process again. At the end of the day, it was just a tough project. They came back twice and did a fantastic job.”

“The man who came from Prestige Grout and Tile was very efficient. He showed me the color that would go in between the grout, and he asked if I was pleased with it before he proceeded to finish the job. We had different color grouts done in each bathroom, and he gave me a sample of each. He was very good.”
