Supposed to be done in two days. We are now looking at well over a year and my bathroom is still not done! Very poor quality, installation, and service! Scam artists! Get yourself a beautiful tile or marble bath instead of this junk. It will be less expensive and so much nicer with better quality.

Sale rep was a great talker, made all the right guarantees, my tub area was measured twice, product received was incorrect size. Had to settle for something I didn't order or wait 3 more months. Not much choice since my bathroom was all toren a part.. Shower shelves again incorrect ones..they actually wanted to install them...I had to wait for correct ones to be ordered. Shower bottom is very, very slippery. Had to throw tantrum before contractor or sales rep would address the issue. Told they have to order a product..still waiting for it. It's now April. My mother is 85 years old with health issues the whole reason remodeling to a walk in shower for her was safety. The whole process started last October and still waiting. If you use them use with caution ⚠️

Harassment! No idea how I ended up on their calling list to begin with, but they will call you 10 times a day, if you block the number, they call you back with another number, with the last number is changed. I have blocked them every time they call and a new number comes up. They will call every day of the week, including Sunday and nonstop harassing. The last guy I just spoke to told me, we just don’t know the best time to call you. I told him I have told multiple people to stop calling and to take me off their list, and asked at what point do they realize that you do not want to speak to them and it’s harassment - is it the 40th call, the 50th call, because I’ve been called over 60 times when I’ve looked back at my phone history.

The company had great service and Angie the Rep gave us so many choices and she was great at her job. I would use them again. On time and great work it turned out beautiful.

Very pushy. Price high, quality of materials low. Used car mentality of this price only today.......then after saying no come back with better quality and 2800 less price...no thanks
