Can't even call it remodeling charged $19000 to put a bath tub in. Read that again $19000 to Install a bath tub now I have to do the walls ceiling and floors myself. Ask questions, read your contact and do yourself a favor find another company.

I just had a new bath/ shower installed and absolutely love it!! Everyone I dealt with through the process was very knowledgeable. Dan Howell, the salesman was very nice and answered all my questions with ease. Seth, the install manager was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and even drew pictures for me. Dj the installer was very courteous and did a professional job. He explained the warranty and how the new fixtures worked. They left no mess behind . Would not even know they were there. Lastly, the ops manager of the akron office(Chris) was very kind and nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company for your bath/ shower needs!!!

I spoke to a representative about getting an estimate to install a tub surround. She refused to make the estimate appointment without my husband being present (Red Flag #1). When I told her I was the decision maker and asked why he needed to be present her response was that there would be a lot of information presented and he would need to help me understand it all (They immediately lost any chance of a sale right there!) I do not need my husband to explain tub surrounds to me. This is 2023. Women are capable of understanding information about their houses.

We had a our old tub removed and a walk-in shower installed. The whole process was amazing from sales presentation, consultation with the construction supervisor, to the installation. Not to mention the time from start to finish. Two weeks from the day of the presentation to install and it was done!

Paid service person $150 to plug in a stairlift. When I told the repair person over the phone that my stairlift was beeping, but worked fine, you think he would've told me to check the plug, but no!!! He came out, plugged it in and left. What a ripoff!!!!
