Our experience, with Jeff and this Company , has been a wonderful experience. Jeff came to our house on March 30th & the installation person, Chase, was here April 1st . That's right, no 2nd appointment with any other company. Jeff explained everything to us, and answered all of our questions , which was so helpful . He was taking measurements, but our decision was an easy one. We told him when he came back to the kitchen, I said how soon could it be installed? He checked with the company and scheduled it in two days. The installation guy was right on time, we were surprised that he came alone, but no worries, it only took him 1 1/2 hours to complete the install! Then he came back to the & kitchen and went over everything. We gave him the final payment and we were all set. He had me ride it down to our family room & back up. They DID THEIR JOB...& did it well. We are extremely happy !!

Excellent!--They came on time--had all the needed equipment to install lift--tested it and demonstrated the product's care and safety features.--All done in a timely manner!--I would recommend Leaf Home Stair Lift to anyone!!

Can't even call it remodeling charged $19000 to put a bath tub in. Read that again $19000 to Install a bath tub now I have to do the walls ceiling and floors myself. Ask questions, read your contact and do yourself a favor find another company.

I just had a new bath/ shower installed and absolutely love it!! Everyone I dealt with through the process was very knowledgeable. Dan Howell, the salesman was very nice and answered all my questions with ease. Seth, the install manager was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and even drew pictures for me. Dj the installer was very courteous and did a professional job. He explained the warranty and how the new fixtures worked. They left no mess behind . Would not even know they were there. Lastly, the ops manager of the akron office(Chris) was very kind and nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company for your bath/ shower needs!!!

We had a our old tub removed and a walk-in shower installed. The whole process was amazing from sales presentation, consultation with the construction supervisor, to the installation. Not to mention the time from start to finish. Two weeks from the day of the presentation to install and it was done!
