“I like when they set up an appoint and tell me when they show up they do exactly that and that's all you can ask for. They also did a couple of repair jobs for me. They showed me what needed to be done and estimated accurately on how long the job would take and how much it would cost. However, the last winterization left me with a cracked valve I called to say that something was not right as the faucet kept dripping. I kept getting put off. I had them turn the sprinklers back in for spring but has been dealing with leaky valves all summer. On calling back I learnt I will now have to pay for the service call. Definitely disappointed with the latest turn of events.”

“They installed an underground sprinkling system. It's been a couple of years, and that went very well. They come out twice a year to open it up and then close it down. They're prompt, always on time. As the season goes out, sometimes the sprinkler has to get a little bit of adjustment. They are there, and they adjust everything. They're careful. They respect the property. There's really nothing bad I can say about them. They're punctual. They're very courteous. What's important to me is that they do it right, and they respect the property. I've never had a negative experience with them at all—not even close. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. I've never found a problem, and there's never been an issue at all. The installation went very well. The opening and the closing of the system goes well. If there's any little issues that I have, they resolved them. It's very competent—the system is good, the components that they used are good. Work quality, material quality—all good.”
