“Friendly, responsive guys cut my grass each week and trim the shrubs. Mike, who applies the fertilizer, weed killer and looks over the lawn is very conscientious. Nice group of guys, on time and professional.”

“August 22, 2023 Good experiences, so far. August 7, 2023, 10:00 AM might change it. I asked for a discussion and pricing on changing out all front ground lights. Nick, I think his name was. I have been wanting to change them all out as they are really old and have been poorly repaired and the yard people keep tripping on the lights. I'm an easy sell. Nick said he would get right on it and give me a price ... I thought he meant later that same week. Aug. 7 is a Monday. This is Tuesday, August 22, two full weeks and no word. It means I have to call your office and find out if Nick has any plans of getting back to me on a price.”
“No one lives here but me and I seem to have sprinkler heads needing fixed pretty often. The yard crew are the only ones who could be breaking these but I pay to have them fixed. Large water bills that aren’t getting any better.”

“We do appreciate, however, coming back out after the first attempt to repair our lines, in that the first day’s repair was unsuccessful. We wish though that after that second time, Anthony would have left everything in good order. There was a zone which was left off and the trenching of my lawn was incompletely filled.”

“They didn't disclose they were in the process of being bought out by another company. Did not bring the amount of materials they needed to complete the job. I had to remind them they were to add more soil to create a better slope for the drainage on the side of the house. Overall, I don't feel they did the job as discussed.”

“My neighbors to the east and west do or direct all of their yard work and have beautiful yards with thick healthy grass. The grass in my yard is thin and in some places bald. Last week when they only blew the leaves and apparently did not mow.”

“I think there team comes is fine. Management did not communicate well with me over the past year. I letting them go due to cost is to high for my budget and poor communications with management and the project manager. There overall work in all areas was very good. I just had to work hard to get results. I had to initiate every communication multiple times. For the $360 a month, I would expect for them to more proactive and responsive. I never got the tree planted that I wanted to have planted. I had to start trimming the bushes before they thought of it. I would try again with them if budget permits as once committed to something they were on time, did nice job and there team members were good people.”
