“They were very clear through the entire process of the steps that were being taken. It was organized and clear process. Even though it was lengthy at times, they managed my expectations through that. Things were well documented. They produced a very thorough package. They had to get a permit through the city. The people that did the installation were done in a day or a little more than a day. They worked very efficiently. It was the following year, for whatever reason it took a long to present because we got an intense rain storm. We did have a leak, it was in the most convenient place for a leak. They came out promptly and found there was some sealant missing. Minor issues were promptly resolved. They could have done a little better job picking up scraps and trash on the roof like the clips that hold the wires. I saw them when I went up and did maintenance on the chimney. A little more attention to detail would be all they need there. The system has worked well this summer. Everybody around here is complaining about the cost of electricity going up 20% and I was being billed $9, which is the minimum you can be charged. The return on investment point of view, I have been very pleased.”
