Over a year ago, I first met with Andy to discuss whether solar would even make sense for my home. At that time my roof was nearly 50 years old and had previous damage and neglect that I wanted to address before considering any major installation. I explained to Andy that I planned to replace the entire roof and the decking first to ensure the structure was sound. From that very first conversation, Andy was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He understood my timeline and never pressured me to move faster than I was ready for. Once the roof was finally replaced, Andy immediately picked up where we left off and got the solar process moving smoothly. Throughout the entire experience, Andy was extremely professional and consistently quick to respond to any questions I had, no matter how small. He kept me informed, walked me through each step, and made what could have been a stressful project feel straightforward and well managed. His communication and reliability were outstanding, and I genuinely felt supported from start to finish. It has been a very positive experience working with Andy, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering solar. I happened upon Solar Energy World by chance searching Google for ways to save money on my electricity. I set up an appt with Ryan and he was very pleasant and made it easy to understand what we could get out of going solar and if it was a good option for us. He walked us through the process and I swear was just as excited as we were when things got installed and the day came to turn on the panels. We had solar panels put in by Solar Energy World last summer and have seen a dramatic decrease in our electric bills. Brad was very helpful getting the process going and the crew who did the installation were great. The end result is really pretty. They also sent a great how to list when the system was complete and needed to be registered for tracking and SRECs. If you’re in the market, this is a great company to work with.

He kept us updated at every stage and clearly communicated exactly where we were in the process. From the very beginning, we were informed about our role and the steps we needed to take, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I’m very pleased with the service I received for my solar installation. Jacques was super professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. From evaluating my home’s energy needs to coordinating installation and keeping me informed about next steps, he ensured everything moved smoothly and efficiently. Communication was consistent, timelines were respected, and the team handled the project with care. Transitioning to solar felt like a big decision, but with his guidance, it became a seamless experience. I’m confident in my investment and grateful for the strong support provided. I highly recommend his services. I would have included photos of the finished installation, but with all the recent snow, my solar panels are currently covered. Granted PWC appears to be known as a pain however I had to chase multiple times and escalate high up the chain to get the attention this needed. I was also not alerted sufficiently up front as to a significant 6 month delay in getting Tesla batteries and at the time of purchase there wasn't an alternative. Again upper Mgmt and sales team handled well but only after multiple escalations"

"They were very clear through the entire process of the steps that were being taken. It was organized and clear process. Even though it was lengthy at times, they managed my expectations through that. Things were well documented. They produced a very thorough package. They had to get a permit through the city. The people that did the installation were done in a day or a little more than a day. They worked very efficiently. It was the following year, for whatever reason it took a long to present because we got an intense rain storm. We did have a leak, it was in the most convenient place for a leak. They came out promptly and found there was some sealant missing. Minor issues were promptly resolved. They could have done a little better job picking up scraps and trash on the roof like the clips that hold the wires. I saw them when I went up and did maintenance on the chimney. A little more attention to detail would be all they need there. The system has worked well this summer. Everybody around here is complaining about the cost of electricity going up 20% and I was being billed $9, which is the minimum you can be charged. The return on investment point of view, I have been very pleased."

"Our technician, Scott Grams, who was the original person who came out, was an engineering specialist. He guided us and gave us information. He was very good. All the technicians were very competent. The only negatives, in general, were arranging the time for them to come and the inspections that had to be completed. We were satisfied. It is now completed, and they came back when something needed to be repaired. That was taken care of. Everything was good. They were all very competent. It just takes time to schedule them, for the supplies, and for the technicians to come. That's the main negative for any solar company. It's not going to be done in a short time."

"I had two concerns that I passed on to Daniel Stone, my point of contact. There was not a clear description at the beginning of the process about the steps of the process and what would happen and when. I felt that I was driving in a rainstorm without windshield wipers. That was uncomfortable for me. There should have been an on-site visit to talk about where the equipment would be placed at the house. There was no discussion about where the equipment would be. When the crew came to install the equipment, the guy who came to supervise the crew was not conversational. He was not willing to talk about where the equipment would go. I asked Daniel about this several times and he sent me a sketch of where it may go on the house. I showed it to the installer and that is where he put it. There should have been a site visit where someone would talk to me about where the equipment would go on the house. I thought both of these issues were unacceptable. I left it a three because I think the installation was done well. Those two concerns could have made them have a better rating."

"Installation was stellar. However, when we encountered a problem several months down the road, a phone call to the service department on 12/19/2024 generated NO RESPONSE. OK, the holidays were in there, but when I didn't get a call back, I called again on 1/8/2025...and ended up with an appointment on 2/3/2025. Granted, the solar PV systems are very reliable, but one would hope that calling for service does not result in such a long delay to get a response..."

"Everything was going fine until the solar install. Workers showed up a few days after heavy snow fall to remove the snow. They chopped at my roof so badly that nails and screws feel off my ceiling drywall and onto the ground. Now there is a hole in the ceiling where the screw fell through and a pile of ice on my deck that won’t melt. There was a lot of construction material left on my driveway also."
