We had a great overall experience with this team for both our roof replacement and exterior painting project. From the initial consultation, they were very detailed and professional in explaining the technical plan, materials, warranty, and what to expect. They are also an authorized team, which gave us confidence in the roof replacement and the long-term warranty coverage. For the exterior painting, they were extremely patient throughout the color selection process. We changed our minds a few times, and they came back multiple times to put sample colors on the house until we felt comfortable with the final decision. They also helped us pick up stone samples and delivered them to our door, which we really appreciated. The construction process was efficient, and they were able to meet the technical requirements we discussed. The visible finished areas look very good, and they also helped fix and replace our exterior water faucet as part of the project. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and would recommend them to others.

Hire Rain City Exteriors!!! Our 55 year-old house still had its original siding when we decided to replace it. We contacted three contractors with top-notch track records. The first two sent out sales reps, but when Rain City's owner, José Olivarez and project manager, Monce Marquez came out personally and patiently answered all our questions, we decided to go with them. And boy, are we glad we did! Monce was a wonderful project manager, good at explaining the whats, whys and whens of the work to be done, and always attentive and responsive to our needs. But the best thing she did was to assign Joel and his crew to us. The good things we have to say about Joel and his crew could fill an encyclopedia: Not only did they competently and efficiently attend to every detail of the installation, but also, Joel always considered our preferences whenever decisions, large or small, had to be made. In nasty weather, Joel took special care to ensure that everything stayed dry. At the end of every day, the crew’s clean-up made sure there was nothing left to trip over. In eight miserable Seattle weather working days Joel and his crew cheerfully completed their task. Then came Armando and his crew, who painted, trimmed, and provided all the finishing touches to complete the transformation of our shop-worn looking house into a dazzling, brand-new home . There is one element that's hard to quantify and yet that really matters: Jose, Monce, Joel and every Rain City worker was so considerate, helpful, and above all, friendly, that although we know the project is complete and no more work needs to be done, we sort of wish they were still around. If you hire Rain City, we suspect you will feel the same way.

selected Rain City Exteriors out of five quotes. From start to finish the work was excellent from everyone involved. They explained the process, provided a detailed quote, material options, time to completion and possible variables that could affect each of these items. They were spot on for every item. They provided the high level of workmanship and dependability you are always on the lookout for and often don’t get. I was so impressed with them that as I made the final payment, I requested a quote for another job. I want a company I can trust to get the job done, done right and that is what I got.

We had a great experience working with Rain City Exteriors. Jose the owner came to give us an estimate and explained the process. His bid was more competitive than other companies we got estimates from and they could also complete the work sooner. The actual job was done by Joel and was of excellent quality. During the siding replacement he noticed some parts of our plywood were bad in areas adjacent to where we originally were expecting work to be done and he asked if I wanted that fixed as well which I did. Overall very happy with how quickly and well my issue was taken care of.

Rain City Exteriors were great! We were quoted an extremely reasonable price compared to other quotes we received to get new siding on the south side of our home in West Seattle/Burien area. The finished product looked beautiful and they were so respectful and timely. I would not hesitate to work with them again! Seriously, can't say how truly satisfied we are with the end result!
