Integrity was selected as John were clearly the best in the quoting process! He used a drone to give us a visual of the entire roof, and then was the only one of 5 potential vendors to climb up in the attic to look from underneath the roof, as well as look up into a crawlspace, thoroughly explaining why Malarkey was the best shingle, and the Integrity advantages in process and warranties that are significantly better than other companies. ✅ He also worked with us when the total price was higher when we included new gutters, getting us to the price we wanted to see late on a Friday afternoon to effect a quick smooth contract signature process. Integrity was able to provide turnkey services that included a skylight replacement, some painting\caulking of gable boards before the new gutters were installed, replaced a lot more roof boards than expected due to venting issues we were unaware of, and had all Integrity employees in company trucks, except for the gutters, which John had identified as subs that were also very professional and fast. Bella was also excellent in coordinating our requested timeframe due to visitors. 👍 Alex then took over as the Project Manager with excellent communications on the process and updates throughout the project that went amazingly fast, with Jose's professional\courteous crew knocking it off in just 2 days by working late when 🌧️ was expected so we didn't have to worry about wet boards\leaks under our underlayment\new shingles. Jose also communicated really well, accommodated our cars needing to get in\out and his crew installed a lot of new boards that weren't expected due to an unknown venting issue. Alex effectively communicated what Jose was seeing, but they just didn't do the many additional board replacements in the short timeframe through their hard work, but had the knowledge and expertise to fix the root venting issue, by adding bird block vents to enhance the ventilation to prevent future issues. ✅ This experience reinforced our confidence that selecting Integrity as clearly the best company through their literature, significantly warranties and we have the confidence they will be around if we had any warranty issues, where most of the other options were either further away or smaller operations that who-knows if they would be there in the long future. The only thing that did not go perfectly was that despite originally covering our plants as the old roof was removed and doing a great job on clean-up, two of our boxwoods had something come down on them that severely browned one and created an unsightly patch on another 😔, which was never explained. The contract noted this as a risk, that Integrity was not responsible for, but it seemed that either covering them longer during the process or avoiding whatever was sprayed or fell on them, would have stopped the problem. However, we were so pleased with the overall job, top quality work and materials used, if that was the worst thing that happened on this large job, we were still very happy and fully recommend Integrity! 😎

Nick , whom I have known for years, recommended Integrity, he was thorough, in the initial assessment & bid. And the price was reasonable and the final bill was as promised. Nathan who is our friend ,also recommended Integrity, we appreciated their guidance. All the staff were kind, professional, & they know what they’re doing. We love our roof. They completed this in 2 days, they did an amazing job , & afterwards everything was so clean. They also explained the supplies they were using and the updated codes on the roof . Great company & great experience, thank you!

Integrity Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. The quality of work, attention to detail, and overall professionalism were exactly what you hope for when hiring a roofing contractor. Special thanks to Armando, the foreman on site. He was excellent to work with, and truly took pride in the work being done. Armando kept the job running smoothly, made sure everything was done right, and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. I was so impressed with the level of communication for the team. Gonzalo, Project Manager, he communicated with me on start time, expected results and was available for any questions I might have. I had a time restriction and they met it a head of time. Marco, the foreman, ensured the area around the house remained clear and clean, and kept the crew working in the rain to meet the deadline. The crew was very pleasant and respectful of the yard and dogs. Bella, worked to coordinate all aspects for the project. In two days my new roof was on, all the requests were met and the yard was clean. I would recommend this company if you have a need for a new roof or roof repair. They lived their name, Integrity, with quality and professionalism. Now I can enjoy my new roof for years to come with no concerns.

From the start to the finish, Integrity Roofing and Construction worked with me all the way. They were very professional, informative, hard working, and dedicated to not only the job there were doing, but to the very company that they work for. They were very forthcoming about the price, they did not hide any extra fees and I believe they will stand behind their work without question. Saying I was very impressed is saying it lightly. I want to thank John Anderson, who came out and gave me a bid that rivaled all 6 company's that came out and bided for my new roof. Alex Munoz who was the project manager, was very knowledgeable and precise about what was going to happen, when and how it was going to happen. Armando, the crew lead showed immense leadership with his hard working crew. They were here to make sure the job got done professionally and on time. The crew showed up and started work every morning at 8 a.m. and stayed until 9 p.m. cleaning up after themselves and respecting our property daily. They worked tirelessly thru the rain, on the first day, and the hot sun on the 3rd and final day. Even having to deal with my 3 barking dogs, they worked with us on a schedule to let our dogs out. The team never complained or faltered, they were friendly, smiled and even sang as they worked. I love my new roof and will definitely recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone that wants a professional and honest job and have it done right the first time.
