We are so happy with Southwest Exteriors. They replaced 3 large windows in a home we purchased and they were so professional. They communicated perfectly. The showed up on time. The crew were professional and friendly. The did a great job prepping for the take out of the old windows and when they installed the new windows they were so meticulous. The cleaned up everything when finished. The other guy came out and made any repairs from the tear out, touched up paint and we are so happy and we highly encourage you to give them a shot. Charley was great!

The Southwest Exteriors team was phenomenal. Jake, our initial rep, was knowledgeable and met with us several times to help us decide on the best windows for our home and budget. The timeline, cost and service aligned with all the expectations Jack and I discussed at the beginning of the project. The installation crew, led by Albert, was also exceptional and professional. They did a fantastic job of covering my white furniture and cleaned up every evening to minimize dust. Horacio and Denny came in to do final touches and they were also professional and did a great job.

We went with Southwest Exteriors for a front door and a patio/screen replacement. The professionalism and knowledge of everyone in the process was absolutely top notch. The communication along the way was outstanding. I wish I could give 10 🌟s. They were just that good! Our doors were installed over the last two days and we could not be happier. I definitely recommend Southwest Exteriors for your home projects. Special thanks to Frank, sales consultant, Lindsi, the kind voice that kept me notified of everything, Martin our Project Manager, Kyle and Greg our superb installers, and Gilbert our great finish up person. If I missed anyone, not intentional.

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. The window replacement process was handled with great care, and the craftsmanship truly shows in the final result. A special thank you to Charlie, the sales representative, who was incredibly knowledgeable about windows and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated that he was never pushy or focused on forcing a sale. His approach was honest, informative, and customer-focused, which made the entire decision process much more comfortable. What stood out the most was their thoroughness and dedication to getting everything right. When a couple window parts were missing from the manufacturer, they didn’t overlook it or delay indefinitely. They stayed on top of it, followed up diligently, and kept me informed throughout the process. Once the parts arrived, they ensured everything was properly installed in a timely manner without cutting any corners. It’s clear this company takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service and outstanding results.

Southwest Exteriors just completed the installation of several windows in our primary suite. This is the second project we have used them for. From the initial consultation to the final touch ups their entire operation, from their sales staff to the office staff to the project management to the installation crew, were all professional, respectful, timely and a pleasure to work with. Their communication was exceptional, keeping us informed at every step of the way. No pressure, no surprises. The installation crew, all of who have worked for the company for several years were neat, efficient and polite (telling us exactly what steps they were going to take before they started and what to expect). We couldn't be happier with their performance and the results. I highly recommend Southwest Exteriors to anyone who is serious about quality and a job well done.
