Ethan and Luis did a phenomenal job on our windows. From the beginning, his communication was so great. He made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. He was on site and made sure it went seamlessly. He delivered on every promise home genius made even after running into issues with our last project manager. This company goes above and beyond and Ethan is the definition of that. I would recommend him and home genius to anyone that is looking to get windows done. Our windows have significantly reduced our energy bills and they look absolutely beautiful. What a great experience it was working with HGE.

We had our windows replaced in the VA area and had a great experience from start to finish. The crew was hardworking and did a really nice job. Justin was excellent as the project manager and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, we're very happy with the work.

We are in the process of seeking to get our roof replaced. We had the opportunity and pleasure of talking with both Zack and Matt this day who demonstrated a great deal of professionalism, knowledge, and understanding. They took the time to listen to us and collaborate with us based on our need. We greatly appreciate them both and look forward to our continued work together🥰!

Crew was persistent in making sure the window install was correct before they left the job. Ethan was my sales rep and project manager and he was fantastic. He saw the project from start to finish. The experience we had with him was second to none and he went above and beyond for us. We could not be any happier with home genius and Ethan. We recommend home genius and ethan to any homeowner that may need new windows or anything when it comes to the exterior of the home.

Thank you for our new roof, this is a top view picture. The installers were great. They cleaned up nice too. The site manager Justin did a wonderful job. He saved my experience with Home Genius for my family. Scheduling and communication started out rough, buy Justin assured me everything would get handled and he did just that.
