I would not recommend Home Genius based on my experience. From the beginning, communication and project management were disappointing. My roof installation took two full days, yet the project manager, Bradd, was only on-site for about two hours on the first day. I was then told he would not be returning for the second day because there was a "bigger job" elsewhere—even though my project was already experiencing issues. One of my biggest concerns was safety. After the first day, the crew left exposed nails, shingles, and other hazardous debris throughout my yard. I specifically discussed my concern about nails with the project manager because I have a dog, but the issue was not addressed. They also left numerous nails in my driveway, more than 30 feet away from the dumpster, making it clear that cleanup was not thorough. The crew also caused unnecessary property damage. They damaged plants in my raised garden bed located underneath my carport, left my fenced gate open, damaged three of my 2 week old window air conditioning units, and disconnected my exterior gutters without reconnecting them or even notifying me. When I raised these concerns, I was told I would receive a discount because of the problems. However, two weeks after the project was completed, I still hadn't received any information about the amount or how the discount would be applied. I reached out to the project manager, who read my message but never responded. I eventually had to contact another employee just to get an answer. Overall, the workmanship on the roof is acceptable, but the project management, communication, cleanup, and respect for my property were far below what I expected from a professional roofing company. The lack of accountability and poor communication throughout the process made what should have been a straightforward roof replacement a frustrating experience.

Sergey is was amazing! Every single step of our project he over saw to a T. We did have some ups and downs and mistakes, which is the way projects go. He did an exceptional job of handling everything and getting everything exactly as we wanted it. If I ever have to change the windows or the doors I would definitely use your Company again and and request Sergey as the supervisor every time. Thank you for making our house a home and our life so much better!

Home Genius Exteriors did an excellent job on my roof replacement. The team (Bradd & Zack) was professional, on time, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. The quality of the work speaks for itself and the cleanup afterward was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable exterior work.

We are very pleased with the project that home genius did for us. Sergey did a wonderful job making sure things got done and answering any questions that we had. Sergey also was very attentive and stopped in to check on the progress and the whole process as a project manager he did a great job.

Home Genius Exteriors was a great company. They installed a new roof on our home in 1 day. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike, the inspector, got us a great deal. Brad, the project manager, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anyone needed work done. My husband and I have been talking about having them do more projects for us in the future.
