Moss Roofing installed new gutters on our metal garage. They provided a quote, and once we approved it, the installation began a few days later. The staff and installers were very professional, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. I will use them again when it is time to update the house roof and gutters.

Moss Roofing provided excellent workmanship and attention to detail with the exceptional installation of my stunning new roof! Everyone at Moss Roofing takes time to give exceptional customer service and outstanding communication at every step of the project, from the Project Manager Ian Ferguson to the Site Supervisor Peter Lipari, President Adam Moss, Production Coordinator Delaney, and Tammy. Project Manager Ian Ferguson did a thorough roof inspection and attic inspection and found the bathroom exhaust fans were being vented into the attic. Moss Roofing corrected this by venting them properly to the outside with the installation of my new roof and decking. The cleanup after my new roof installation was very thorough. Moss Roofing goes above and beyond! When the decking was removed from my roof, Ernesto, one of the outstanding Moss Roofing crew, found that the furnace exhaust pipe had disconnected and was being vented into the attic. Ernesto discovered that insulation from the attic had entered the furnace exhaust pipe. Ernesto and Site Supervisor Peter Lipari detached the furnace exhaust pipe located in the basement and removed insulation from the furnace exhaust pipe, potentially causing carbon monoxide to enter my basement! When Ernesto and Site Supervisor Peter Lipari detached the furnace exhaust pipe, they discovered that the furnace exhaust pipe, incorrectly installed against the air conditioner PVC drain line, had partially melted the plastic PVC pipe and left a burn mark, creating both a fire risk and a toxic gas risk! I am very thankful to Moss Roofing! I highly recommend Moss Roofing; they are the best of the best!

Storm damage resulted in a claim that included a roof replacement and interior drywall repair and painting. Roof replacement was completed in a day by a well staffed team that delivered a quality job. Interior work took additional effort to find qualified drywall talent, however Moss was focused on quality and customer satisfaction. A qualified drywall contractor was located and all repairs were done correctly and to my satisfaction. All work was completed within the insurance estimate. I would definitely recommend Moss and have in fact referred them to my neighbors. They have had the same experience and quality outcomes that I had.
