The Exterior Company (TEC) did a great job on replacing our roof after it was determined that we had hail damage. They helped us through the process of our insurance claim. Mitch Whitman, was great working with, he was very nice and professional. He answered all of our questions. Mitch was on-site when the roofers were doing the roof and what a great job they all did. They left no mess and the yard was spotless. We highly recommend The Exterior Company (TEC) Dan & Mary Ann

After experiencing a severe storm, I called TEC for a free assessment. Mitch was out the next day and found hail and wind damage to my roof and gutters. He worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure all damages were accounted for. The insurance company approved a new roof and gutters. Mitch was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. The roofing crew was quick, clean and thorough. My new roof and gutters look great. If you suspect you have storm damage to your home, I highly recommend calling this company! Great service, great people, great contractors!

My experience with this company was excellent. Harry Mitchell and Kevin Quinn were the sales reps and did a great job explaining the process. Harry also followed through the entire process til job was completed. There was some miscommunication about times and dates when supplies would be delivered and work crew was arriving. But after speaking with Harry and Chris Mallory they made their apologies and kept us in the loop. The project manager Asher Hadgu was excellent. He informed us every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job. The roofing and gutter crew did a great way. No complaints.

During the summer, I noticed a couple of my neighbors were getting their roofs redone. I reached out to TEC and the project manager, Mitch, promptly called me back and scheduled an inspection. After completing the inspection, he confirmed that there was damage from a previous hailstorm. He assisted me in contacting the insurance company and provided them with all the necessary information. The entire process was seamless and the team completed the work quickly. We are thrilled with our new roof. Mitch and the entire team were incredibly helpful and did an outstanding job!

Harry Mitchell was my sales contact and he went through the whole process of how my roof would be replaced. Asher Hadgu was our project manager and oversaw the crew. The crew was very meticulous and did a good job with the many hip roofs, peaks and and valleys. I would recommend The Exterior Company.
