My roof was replaced by home genius exteriors. It looks really well and the crew worked hard. We were tested with monsoon type rain and all seems well. I will say the job wasn't without hurdles. We ended up getting a quick storm during the installation. There ended up being some interior damage which was actually fixed pretty quickly by the crew on a different day of that week. So that was okay. I have a new garage ceiling painted and all. The other major hurdle was when they tore off the roof it turned out there was additional plywood to replace which cost me more money. At the end of the day there's a new roof over my head. I would still recommend home genius despite the eventful journey it took to reach the end.

First Taylor and Ken did a great job. Easy to get a hold of when needed and answered all questions and concerns. The workers all did a fantastic job. They had an eye for detail and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a great job at clean up. I couldn't find a single nail on the ground. They may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors

I’m very happy with the appearance of my roof and the warranty. The clean up was top notch. There were a couple of nails leftover but they were in unnoticeable places. Considering there were probably 1,000 nails that came off my roof, they did great. The price is high compared to other companies but I got what I payed for. I now have a very efficient ventilation system, ice and water shield to prevent ice damming, a breathable underlayment, and copper infused shingles. Btw the warranty is 50 years AND transferable. Again, I’m very happy with my new roof.

My roof was due for r A replacement. Our appointment was with Carlos. It was thorough and informative. The promise to be done in one day is what really sold us. We were skeptical but they did it! We live on a busy street so we were worried for the crews safety and the parking of the vehicles. Everything was done with ease and certainty. Taylor was fantastic during the install. Very personable and professional style.
