We had our roof replaced by Home Genius this year in June and it was a spectacular experience from beginning to end. Everyone we worked with from Home Genius was phenomenal and easy to work with. They used high quality materials and left no trace of their presence. While they did the work they made sure the area was cleaned up and safe for our kids to run around outside with out an issue. Their communication throughout the process was fluid and smooth. If they ever weren’t able to give us a a detailed response for a question we had they communicated with us why and that they would follow up shortly, which they always did. I would highly recommend using them for any home improvement you might have.

We trusted the person that came to our house and set up a plan with us to do fascia and gutters. We spoke about what we wanted and we were told they could handle the job. We were asked what was important to us and we said that communication was an important issue as well good workmanship. Unfortunately that information didn't get to the actual crew that came out. The first job was done so poorly that what was on the house before was actually better workmanship. We called and the crew manager came out and sent a second crew that fixed some but not all of the issues. After another phone/text another crew was sent out, after my husband got involved. Part of the workmanship issue was fixed, however we had to wait for rain to see if the gutter was still going to leak. It still has the problem and other areas have gotten worse. Our crew manager told us to contact him if we needed anything or had a problem, we did and its been 3 weeks with no contact back. He admitted that the workmanship was not good and so did one of the crew members. The communication was not good, we are very disappointed. I would not recommend using this company.

Home genius exteriors did an excellent job on my siding project. I feel very fortunate to have had my project be managed by Jonathan. He kept me in the loop and he was engaged the whole project. Also was super impressed with the installation crew. Very professional and courteous. If you are nervous about a large home renovation project, be put to ease with HGE

The process was incredibly seamless. Justin the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and really looked out for me when things were worse than I thought. Eric the project manager really showed up and made the whole process so much easier. The presentation and the work was extremely detailed. I do not regret it. After they finished my roof and gutters. I requested gutter guards and they were prompt. They were able to add it to my existing financing so no new credit pull and Eric was able to squeeze me in and knocked it out on his own the next following week even after I was expecting it to take at least 2-3 weeks to get me on schedule. I really appreciated the workmanship and the clean up. A great job from these hardworking workers.

Had an estimate on Wed and by Friday my new roof was installed . My project manager was amazing with keeping me informed . Khal my rep was amazing . The process was seamless from start to finish. 10/10 recommend. This company has by far been my best experience. The crew clean up was impeccable. They also were so polite and quick.
