Everyone involved was absolutely amazing. The siding and gutters turned out beautiful! Brody, from the first visit was awesome, Mike the project manager was great through the process and after...we do have some supplement work to be done, and hes taking care of that. Home Genius will definitely be our exterior contractor from now on!

We had our roof replaced. They were very quick, thorough and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the clean up They do after the work is done. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

I absolutely love my roof! I have the best looking roof out here! The crew was amazing! Very respectful and clean. They spot cleaned my yard better than me!! I recommend these guys for all your exterior needs. They are the best!!!

I hired Home Genius Exteriors for a partial roof repair/replacement. The actual crew who came to the house did a good job—they knocked out the work in a day, stopped the leak, and the roof looks structurally sound. However, their backend office operations and project management are not up to par. After the job was finished, I was blindsided by an urgent Property Maintenance Code Violation warning from Grove City because the job had been completed without a building permit. I reached out to the project manager, the salesman who sold the us the labor, and the corporate office. For the first 2 weeks the project manager told me that "someone should be contacting you from our permit department." Of course nobody ever did. Finally he just stopped responding to my concerns by the THIRD LETTER from the city nearly a month after the job. I called the Home Genius office directly 1 week, 2 days, and the day of the deadline and was promised each time somebody would reach out to me. As it stands now, I am still waiting and never heard from anyone. I was able to work with the Grove City Building inspector directly as he walked me through the permit application process. It was a lot of wasted time on my part for something that could have easily been corrected on day 1 of reaching out. If you hire this company, the roofers will do fine work, but you need to act as your own project manager and double-check that they are actually licensed and pulling legal permits with your local city hall before letting them touch your house.

Home Genius just put on our new roof. They did a great job. David did a wonderful job of walking us through the whole process of getting a new roof. He illustrated to us the damage he was seeing already and promptly gave us all the reasons Home Genius was the right choice (quality material, their warranty, financing, and so forth). It was a no brainer to go with them. The company in less then 24 hrs set up a time to schedule the new roof and assigned us a project manager, Kayla. She was hands on and always available to address any of our concerns. Her crew was efficient and on time. The whole process took one day. There was a little damage that occurred to our front railing during the day, but Kayla's crew came out the next day to fix it out. A few days later, Kayla came out to go through final walk through. Anything extra material left during clean up was taken; a drone was flown over head to show us what the finish project looked like; and she answered any lingering questions. I would recommend Home Genius to anyone looking to replace their roof.
