They did a fantastic job. It looks great and have received compliments from the neighbors. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We needed a new roof and many boards needed replaced. They provided pictures before, during and after completion. The drone pics really give you an idea of well it looks. Shout out to everyone who worked on the project!! I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for your roofing needs.

My mother spent $15,000 to replace her roof and gutters in May 2025. In March of this year, she noticed her gutters had detached from the anchors. On April 10, 2026, Mike (a representative from the company) and another gentleman came to inspect the issue; Mike stated that the gutter shields/shingles were not installed properly and said he would be back (or send someone/a team) to fix. My mother has been trying to contact the company for a follow-up, but no one has been able to give her an answer, let alone a date/time to repair the issue. If someone spends $15K for your services, you would expect the company to have the decency to stand by their product! PROTECT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND INVEST WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Home Genius Exteriors. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the entire team was extremely friendly throughout the process. I especially appreciated the follow-up call, which showed great attention to customer care. The project manager was also super friendly and made the experience even smoother. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Our salesman Alec Tarter was phenomenal, he did a great job of explaining why a new roof was needed with visual assets to go along with this to further establish his knowledge and expertise in the field. The value of a new roof was thoroughly explained and I could not be happier with the job that was done. I would highly recommend Alec and Home Genius Exteriors to a friend, family or colleague in the future. Our project manager Quinn was also informative the entire project keeping us in the loop of start and end times, as well as doing a detailed walk through of the property. Overall I am highly satisfied with the quality of work that was done!
