I cannot say enough good things about our project manager, Dane Ohly. We signed the roofing contract last November but due to weather conditions the installation had to be put on hold. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me and said due to a couple days of warm weather installation could proceed. I said yes! The installers were friendly, courteous and cleaned up before leaving for the day. We've already recommended Francisco's Roofing to others. They did an excellent job. Diane

I am a home owner in Olmsted Twp. We had a new roof put on our home in March of 2025. Dane Ohly and his crew were fantastic to work with from the initial assessment, scheduling, tear off to completion. We are extremely pleased with our new roof, it looks great, and we have not had any issues since it was installed. Dane explained the process and what to expect so there were no surprises. The crew that did the install were respectful and diligent throughout including clean up ensuring there were no nails or debris left in our yard or our neighbor's yard. We highly recommend Franciscus Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

Eric provided a great overview of the project when going over the details of the install day and what would be included. Christian and his father were a pleasure to work with on the day of the install. They provided experience and a breakdown of everything they completed. John McClain was an excellent project manager and kept me in the loop for everything that was going to happen leading up to install and afterwards.
