I would give the PJ Fitzpatrick Dayton area team major kudos…starting with the outstanding production manager (K Fitzpatrick) and entire supporting team, a SIX STAR rating!!! As a team, they take immense pride in their work, having an incredible ability to start early and work late, while maintaining an unusual attention to detail! The most outstanding characteristic of the Team (under the leadership of the production manager) was their ability to communicate with other local participants who would appear and reappear when needed, thus demonstrating a well trained background. Additionally, the marketing approach was the best I have experienced…regarding the clear explanation of the product, empowering me to make an informed decision as I prepared for retirement. I was seeking a roof replacement to be high quality and long lasting. Thank you to all those in the company working behind the scene to allow this major purchase to become a reality!

They did a fantastic job! They were able to rip out our old tub-which ended up being two tubs because I didn't know we had a bathfitter insert, it was here when we bought the house-and put the new shower up all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves really well and explained everything nicely. I also like that they included a bottle of approved cleaner.

Roger installed all 3 of our Kohler Luxstone showers and shower/bathrub He was very knowledgeable and did ban amazing job

I had a new shower installed. The crew was on time both days. They were very polite and professional explaining what was happening through the process. I would definitely recommend them!

Mac & Mike were very professional, worked very well together, doing a great job. They answered all of my questions. They used drop cloths all the way into the bathroom, and cleaned up the whole area afterwards. They replaced /updated my walk- in shower.
