We had our roof and siding done this week. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job! Everyone was very professional and courteous. We are extremely pleased with the work and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Brandon and his crew!

My wife and I just bought our first home and our roof wasn’t in great shape. Matt came and looked it and we found a price range that we could agree on. They were able to come out 2 days later and completely redo our roof and add intake vents as well as a ridge vent on top that we desperately needed so our roof could breathe and not trap moisture like before. Our PM Michael and the crew did a very good job of walking us through everything! We love the roof and everything was done to our satisfaction.

Bought the new roof on a Tuesday, it was installed on that Saturday, final inspection done on Monday. Everyone involved was courteous and knowledgeable from the salesman to the roofers to the final inspection. The roofers came at the time they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. The project itself was done 7:30-5. I would recommend. The 50 year warranty gives me piece of mind that I’m maintaining my investment.

I gave 3 stars because the second crew had to salvage the job; the first crew and first project manager did not deserve any stars. The initial crew was terrible. They arrived 4 hours late. Their trailer scratched our concrete driveway. The work was sloppy, downspouts crooked, not plumb and they did a weird configuration with the elbows going into downspout. They installed the wrong gutter guards and the front edge was not flush with the gutter. They installed two different colors on the downspout. Downspouts were dented and scratched. The self tapping screws were the wrong color too and the straps were cut the wrong size. The splash guard were installed incorrectly. The entire job was only 45' of gutters with 3 downspouts and it took 7 hours! The project manager would come and go and stayed a short time. He did not supervise the crew probably. When we complained, he tried to justify all the obvious mistakes. It was very stressful. After calling the company several times and talking to several people we finally connected to Phil Everett. He took the time to listen and said he would come to look at the job. Phil arrived on time the next day 10 minutes early to assess the situation. He agreed to start over and within an hour the second crew arrived. The difference was like night and day. They took everything down, cared about the job and started working immediately. Phil stayed on site and helped with the details. We appreciate that he explained everything along the way. Phil and his crew were friendly and professional. They got the job done in 2 hours, 20 minutes. It was done the way we would expect of any professional. Thank you Phil (and Pedro) for making things right. You deserve 5 stars!

Purchasing a new roof from Home Genius Exterior was a very Great experience. We had a thorough presentation on a Monday and by the end of Friday we had a brand new roof. The process was amazing. The install crew were very talented and efficient. After they completed the work they made sure everything was cleaned up, and the place was looking perfect. They answered all the questions we had and made sure we were satisfied with all of the work done. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exterior for any roofing project. Also, the warranty offered on the purchase is top of the line.
