We recently worked with BathPro to replace our shower with a new soaker tub, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. One before and a couple of after photos. From a Bath Pros perspective the service and install went great. Kevin and Doug were in and out in just one day, replacing our old tub and dated surround with updated materials from Kohler. Rating is 4.5 stars (can’t do 1/2 a star) because I’d like to think Kohler could do a better job with the niche and the hose for the shower wand. Hose is cheap and not flexible at all and the niche, likewise, is thin plastic into which the shelves are difficult to install and do not insert all the way into the unit. Minor gripes in the grand scheme I suppose.

Johan, Jahmar, and Tony were wonderful. Professional and do nice to work with. Work was completed in two days. My shower is now so beautiful. I am so grateful for their expertise and attention to detail.

I took one star off because the shower wall panels are noticeably thinner than the samples the sales rep showed me and the rubber hose that originally came with the handheld shower head (in my opinion) looks cheap. I replaced it with a metal hose, which hangs much nicer. It’s been 3 months since the install of my shower. Overall I am happy. The biggest gripe I have is if I had a do-over, I would not have chosen the textured subway tile, because in the corners where the shower panel meet the corner piece there are gaps. The installer did caulk but it just doesn’t leave a clean sleek look. So I’m very disappointed the sales rep did not tell me 1) the samples are thicker than the actual wall panel 2) because the subway tile panel is not a smooth finish then there will be gaps in the corners.(which I was very detailed to the sales rep exactly what I wanted and did not want). And if you’ve never done a home remodel before the small details get looked over by the home owner and I think the sales rep should point out these details and make suggestions. The last thing I would recommend to anyone who is not 100% sure Kohler is the product you want, get your estimates from other products first before having a BathPro sales rep out because, BathPro sales rep offers a one time discount but “only if you sign a contract that day”. So there’s no time to think about it or get a chance to investigate other product options. My biggest praise goes out to the installer who was extremely professional and nice and valued my input !! I added a couple pics showing caulking and gaps in the corners of shower where the panels meet. (Zoom in to see) I will be turning the old shower space into a much needed linen closet.

Update: 11/28/25 A picture is worth a thousand words! Well, these pictures are worth thousands of words. Thank you Bath Pro! Thank you installer (Serge Kalinowsky) & side kick Cooper. I am thrilled . From start to finish I felt like I was part of the team of the install. They kept me updated on what was going on and what needed to be done. I will show pics of what they ran into before the install and then the finished product. I highly recommend Bath Pro. Highly satisfied customer. No corners were cut and all the products I requested were installed. Choosing Bath Pro: I would like to extend the great thank you to David Beck (Bath Pro Rep) at Bath Pro for coming out and walking my husband and me through the remodeling process. We did choose to go with Bath Pro for our installation as he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the fixtures, walls, shower pan, locker and doors.
