Could not recommend Bellwether enough! My home is currently for sale, and the James Hardie siding update they completed has been a total game changer. Not only does it look fantastic, but it has significantly improved the overall curb appeal and value of my home. From start to finish, every person I worked with was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated the free consultation to discuss options, the 3D visualization tool that allowed me to see different siding styles and colors on my actual home, and their willingness to accommodate my accelerated timeline. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations. The first photo shows the siding before the project, and the second shows the finished result. The quality of the James Hardie product combined with Bellwether's craftsmanship made a huge difference in the final result. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and would absolutely recommend Bellwether to anyone considering a siding project.

I had the opportunity to work with Bellwether in the Summer & Fall of 2025. (It is my very own fault that my review is nearly five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes late in posting!) Nick rolled up to my house on a hot June day for our initial meeting. Prior to this meeting, I had met with two other companies (who will remain nameless) who had presented me with good, better, best options for a siding project so I had some general figures in mind. I was not entirely sure this was a project I could even take on, if I was being honest, and I told Nick that, and he held space for it. One thing that is really notable about Bellwether is that they only offer the best option, and because it is the best option, it's a product that everyone who works for them backs and supports and THAT is something I get down with. Anyway, Nick and I sat in that hot summer sun for nearly five hours (yes, you read that correctly) sometimes in silence, analyzing every option on this green Earth. You see, I have a very long house and I wasn't yet sure if I wanted to replace the siding on the whole thing or maybe do half of it. Did I need new windows? I knew at least three...but then are all the rest going to look old and crusty next to the new ones? Probably. How about new soffit from where the squirrels chewed through? There was a lot to discuss and Nick was there through it all. At one point we even took a couple calls with Josh & Tanisha who were available to answer questions on the spot as well. At no point did I feel pressure in this process, but it is important to me to convey how much belief this company (and now me) have in this product and the craftpeopleship behind it. Moving into production, I was deeply appreciative of how flexible the team was with working around both my work schedule and the already existing schedule of the tenants in my rental, which is the south end of my home. I was trying to accomplish this project while not disturbing or uprooting them, which was an added challenge that Bellwether had to navigate throughout the process. Dennis and Dylan were communicative with the ordering, delivery, and installation process, as well as when issues arose (as they do in any construction process) they were quick to problem-solve with me on the phone when I couldn't physically be on site. The James Hardie siding is such a CLEAN look. Pair that with the framing of the windows and edges of your house and all that matching the soffit, facia, and gutters--I mean, chef's kiss! The caulking also all matches the color of what is being caulked. It's the details for me! I loved how the entire crew wore Bellwether swag while working each and every day! The team was very thorough with clean up each day of construction as well. My project involved 17 windows total, five of which weren't included in the initial order and delivery, and Bellwether was quick to remedy this and took accountability for the misstep. Due to my next tenant, those windows had a later install date, and the crew came to replace all the framing again after the new windows were put in, after having already done this once. I had expected the previous new framing to be reused and was glad to see and know it was all replaced and brand new! Bellwether's honesty, reliability, and integrity throughout my experience is what makes them stand out in this industry and why I would recommend them to anyone seeking the same service. I want to also acknowledge Luis who put many final touches on my windows in the Fall, which really made them pop. His dedication to making it right and finishing the job out is much appreciated! And a S/O to Mason who swung by to check out the work, get to know me, and spread some positive Bellwether vibes. So many neighbors have told me they have NEVER noticed my very cute 91-year-old house before this facelift, but look-at-her-now-look-at-her-now-she's-gettin'-paper(cuter). Thanks s'much Bellwether!! Up next--doors! I need em, you got em! I'll hit ya up!

Bellwether and their team of siding crew (Chuy’s team), project manager Dylan and office account’s person(Karen Fowler) were all great to work with on my Hardie plank siding replacement project. Everyone at Bellwether is invested in making sure the homeowner is satisfied with the end product. Water/moisture damage was found underneath the old siding which caused an additional 2 days of work tearing off and replacing with new OSB board. A large picture window was found to have a broken seal necessitating a new window order. Through this unanticipated process, Chuy and Dennis helped with navigating the changes and time frames. Each day Chuy’s crew cleaned up the yard and driveway. They were consistently pleasant and courteous. I am very pleased with how the new siding looks and am anticipating that it will last a long time.

We had James Hardie Siding installed on our house and the end result is so nice. Bellwether is a polished and professional company. The communication from.beginnimg to end was clear and excellent, and the crew worked so hard while they were here. I would absolutely recommend Bellwether to anyone who needs their siding replaced and wants to be really confident it's being handled by a company that knows what they are doing. And will do it right the first time.

From start to finish this company has its act together. We hired Bellwether after interviewing 3 other companies to replace vinyl siding which had been hail damaged. We are so glad that we picked Bellwether and James Hardie siding. Seth, came out to give an estimate and he brought all the color samples and gave a great presentation of the company, the product, and the process. He is meticulous, dedicated, informative, and not pushy at all. One of the other companies did not bring samples and another gave us an estimate that included work that we didn’t ask for, and another left out a lot of information that we had discussed. Seth was just right on and help guide us with color choice and materials. His estimate was meticulous and accurate to what we had talked about with him. Dylan was the project manager and did a great job informing us of what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and to be a constant contact with company and its crew. We had a message number that we could contact him if something was happening at our home that we were concerned about. It was a convenient way to be heard right away. Angel was the lead for the construction crew that came out to replace our siding and he was just fantastic! Don’t let how young he looks fool you because he is experienced, knowledgeable, sincere, kind & nice, and a hard worker along with all of his crew. They did a fantastic job and we are so happy with our house. It almost feels like we have a new home and we feel confident it can withstand some of the extreme weather we get here in Colorado. We were having my husband’s 70th birthday party at our house in 3 weeks and they were able to work us in and get our whole house done within 3 days with a big crew. That was so helpful and relieved a lot of stress for us so that we could get everything back together before the party. Thank you so much for that part! Just wanted to mention Katie, Karen, and Amy in the office, they were so nice and helpful going through the HOA process and the follow-up. Thanks Bellwether - just love working with all of you and your company! Highly recommend this Bellwether for siding and gutters. Will definitely think about them for future work when we need it done right!
