By the time we ended up getting the shutters they not only made it but they gave it to us for free and it's normally like $400 a shutter to make so we were one of the first ones that they did it on so that was really awesome. They did a total of two sets of French doors and ten windows. They were here about 2.5 hours. Their customer service was excellent. The person that they hired - they had somebody come out and do the measurements and then they send the information back to the company to make them so that communication was excellent and the communication between us and both of those two folks was excellent. Somebody in our subdivision had already used them and recommended them.”

“I would say generally it was positive, I had a couple of reservations but overall I had a positive experience. I think the quality of the shutters was good and the people who installed them did a good job. I would say about 12 windows. It took one day but they were short one shutter and they had to come back and do that later. Their customer service was reasonably good but there was a pretty good delay from the time the order was placed and I got the shutters. I'm not sure why but if you consider that customer service it was not really done in a reasonable time. It was kind of an extended period of time, especially to get the one they overlooked. It took a while to get that replacement made and get it done. I chose them because mainly my neighbors recommended them and they thought the price was competitive with anybody else and I think that was true. I would give them a B, mainly the issue was the window - I had a price for the total job and they said their guy didn't measure that particular window and therefore they came back and wanted more money to come back and do that window that it wasn't included in their original pricing and then it took quite a while to get it so I was under the impression that it was all at one time for the price and then the price went up with that window. I would recommend them, I think it was an honest oversight.”
