Dynamic Roofing Concepts is an honest company with integrity. After roof inspection they sat down with us and and provided feedback and also allowed us to ask questions and answered until we understood "roofing language " with clarity. "Straight to the Point" honesty! Chris was a Gem! Office staff is also professional and courteous! A point taken through the entire process was not just putting a roof on, but also protecting our investment due to inclement weather, keeping us updated while still meeting date promised within the window time frame! I highly recommend using Dynamic Roofing when getting quotes for a roof replacement, you will be highly satisfied with the company. The employees respect your property leaving it neat upon finishing the job!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts was top notch from the start. Chris came out to look at the roof and do an estimate. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the various aspects of the project and discussed what we needed and what we didn't need. He was straight forward and provided everything he said he would. He and his crew were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after their work, and delivered a super product. Comparatively with others we received quotes from – Dynamic Roofing Concepts was reasonable and their service exceptional. Dynamic Roofing Concepts replaced my roof in Tampa, Florida. The process from beginning to end was conducted with much professionalism and ease. Chris Fanni was an exceptional representative of the company. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. The crew showed up on time. They were polite and friendly. The did an excellent job with the clean up and made sure my property was left in great shape. The roof is beautiful and my house no longer looks unkempt. Everyone involved, from the hardworking crew, Chris the salesman, Rich the supervisor, Lara from the office ,the guys dropping off the tool trailer and dumpsters, were top notch. Chris saved us a lot of money by suggesting we use peel and stick on our flat roof instead of tearing off the TPO and replacing it, He was very receptive to my concerns as the job was being done and apologized for a couple small issues that arose and remedied them right away. My shingle roof was difficult as its mansard and required removing /installing all of it from ladders and the 2nd floor flat roof. The crew worked their tails off from sunrise to sunset and took care removing nails, staples and debris. The afternoons were 96 degrees in the shade, not sure how they do it, I sure couldn't and I've done several years ago. The price was the best we were quoted by about a dozen companies and the overage cost was suprisingly minimal, as we had a lot of rot. We are very happy and it looks great. Thank you Dynamic Roofing, please use me as a reference and best wishes to all !!
