Dynamic Roofing Concepts is an honest company with integrity. After roof inspection they sat down with us and and provided feedback and also allowed us to ask questions and answered until we understood "roofing language " with clarity. "Straight to the Point" honesty! Chris was a Gem! Office staff is also professional and courteous! A point taken through the entire process was not just putting a roof on, but also protecting our investment due to inclement weather, keeping us updated while still meeting date promised within the window time frame! I highly recommend using Dynamic Roofing when getting quotes for a roof replacement, you will be highly satisfied with the company. The employees respect your property leaving it neat upon finishing the job!

Dynamic Roofing Concepts was top notch from the start. Chris came out to look at the roof and do an estimate. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the various aspects of the project and discussed what we needed and what we didn't need. He was straight forward and provided everything he said he would. He and his crew were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after their work, and delivered a super product. Comparatively with others we received quotes from – Dynamic Roofing Concepts was reasonable and their service exceptional. Dynamic Roofing Concepts replaced my roof in Tampa, Florida. The process from beginning to end was conducted with much professionalism and ease. Chris Fanni was an exceptional representative of the company. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. The crew showed up on time. They were polite and friendly. The did an excellent job with the clean up and made sure my property was left in great shape. The roof is beautiful and my house no longer looks unkempt. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Roofing Concepts to anyone one need of a roof in the Tampa Bay Area.

BEWARE DYNAMIC ROOFING OWNER COLIN PAYS $100 FOR A REVIEW. THAT EXPLAINS THE RATING! Chris the Salesman will sell you the Roof and then he will not be Available from that point. All Hispanic non English or Minimal speaking workers will arrive on site Unable to Communicate with you. Chris will Direct you to Colin The Owner who will Show Up Ready to Defend Argue lie and Promote Poor Quality and Workmanship.Never Expecting anyone to Climb onto their roof to Inspect it. Here’s pictures of what I Found Dynamic Roofing covering up on Our Roof. The Workers were applying the Peel and Stick underlayment over holes in the Decking. I stopped work and removed them from my house. Colin Dynamic roofing’s owner shows up only to Argue about location of the hole I had stepped through. NOT that they Should NOT BE COVERING HOLES!. Then Colin Profess’s He’s covering over Rotten wood Because they’re “ Saving us Money” I Specifically Told Him Don’t Save Me Money Do It RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! They had to Remove Shingles and Underlayment (3) Times because of Continuing to Cover Soft Decking. Each Time with a Argument from Colin or Chris to Get It Done RIGHT! They Did keep coming back until they Got it Done, Very Sad it Took Three Times and Lots of Discussion To Get It Finished! Hopefully you will Hear Dynamic’s Owner Colins Response. Every Word Is Truth you can ask any of my Neighbors!
