Affordable Roofing came highly recommended by numerous satisfied neighbors they’d previously worked for. Our stone coated steel roof was meticulously installed by a single craftsman with much experience who explained anything you could ask him. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the job. A steel roof is a valuable investment in your home. Don’t gamble on expensive material cheaply installed.

Updating my review as the owner called apologized and communicated 10 minutes about what the issue is with the leak and steps going forward for the warranty repair. I am deeply regretting my decision to use Affordable Roofing to replace my roof. If you decide to use them, be very cautious, especially regarding their post-installation service and warranty support. If your roof develops a leak, do not expect prompt or helpful service from Affordable Roofing: Zero Direct Emergency Support: They do not handle leak repairs directly right away. Instead, you are forced to contact GAF to open a warranty claim first. Unacceptable Delays: Once a claim is opened, it takes them days to assign someone, and another 2–3 days for that person to actually show up. If you have an active water leak damaging your home, expect to wait at least 4 to 5 days before anyone steps foot on your property. Terrible Communication: After the technician finally comes out to inspect or attempt a fix, they will not follow up with you to explain what they found or what was done. You will have to constantly chase them down with phone calls, only to wait days for a response. A new roof is a major investment, and a company should stand by their work when issues arise. The complete lack of urgent response and ghost-level communication makes them impossible to recommend. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually provides customer support when you need it most.

I would not recommend Affordable Roofing Company. The installation process went well, and the crew did a good job installing the roof. However, their customer service after the installation has been extremely disappointing. We reported a roof leak more than 15 days ago, and the issue still has not been resolved. Communication has been very poor throughout the process. It took them a long time just to inspect the problem, and even after the inspection, they failed to provide updates or explain the next steps. We had to call multiple times, and many of our calls went unanswered. A roofing company should stand behind its work and respond promptly when issues arise. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Good service doesn't end after the installation, and this company has fallen short in that regard. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Affordable Roofing Company.

From beginning to end my experience was incredible. They say you get what you pay for and Affordable Roofing Systems is worth every penny. Our roof needed to be replaced and we couldn’t wait any longer. David’s crew began on Thursday morning and finished by Saturday late morning. Very professional and respectful. Our home is a little over 3k sq ft. Their crew used large tarps to cover our pool and walkways and picked up every little nail, staple, and scrap- I couldn’t believe it! Very impressive. I highly recommend.

Hi David, Always a pleasure working with you and your team! I sent the below to Jordan and I told Felipe that I'd pass along to you and Steve if I had to do another roof, I’d request Felipe and his team again. I sincerely appreciated Felipe's attention to detail and willingness to help fix/replace the rotted wood facial boards and his help with doing a first coat of paint on the boards (front and back) as well as finishing touch up paint after caulking nail heads, etc. He even caulked the heat vents flashing last night so today they could be painted to better match the other roof vents. Thanks again for all of your help Jordan and getting us worked into the schedule. God is good and kept the rain away so we could have a weather free install! Steve, Felipe and crew were Awesome! Felipe was able to finish up this morning with a couple of needed ridge cap shingles and painted my heat exhaust vents. Felipe went the extra mile and got a first coat of paint on the replacement 1 x 6 facia boards. We needed to replace some that had rotted corners. My wife and I did a second coat of paint so when installed, Felipe could caulk over nails and do a final touch up coat of paint for us. Always a pleasure working with Affordable Roofing!
