Summer breeze did an outstanding job on my roof roof in Seminole Florida. This was the second time I used him and I highly recommend the company. Eddie provided great customer service and his office manager. Jimmy provided all documentation requested. I also Requested Javier and his crew Replace my roof. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up after they were done

Eddie and his team were great to work with and completed the job in a timely manner. My roof was last replaced 21 years ago and when the old asphalt shingle was removed, there was clearly some wood damage. Summer Breeze replaced all of that wood at no extra cost to me. I would also add that I received 3 different quotes for my roof replacement and Summer Breeze was by far the lowest. They were also very thorough in cleaning up the yard after the job was finished. Overall, I am very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend Summer Breeze.

They let it rain in my house back when I hired them to redo my flat roof in May of 2024. They did attempt to remediate it, at least cosmetically. They told me it would dry. I didn't really have the resources to pursue any further action and wouldn't have been inclined to even if I had, but we did go back and forth when it came time to pay them because I wanted to make sure the contract was actually closed. I hope they did it properly. I think it initially failed the inspection but he got it redone or something, I don't remember. I didn't have any leaks during the hurricanes later that year and they said there was 15 year warranty. They did a good job on the shingle roof when I hired them back in 2019. But this last time, I get it's not their fault that it rained, it just kind of came out of nowhere and they couldn't get the tarp up fast enough or well enough to prevent this, but I wish they'd done something to help me speed up the drying process because the bedroom has smelled musty ever since. They came back to patch the part of the ceiling that fell down and repainted. Came back twice to repaint, but it was still wet enough to stain. That's a recent pic. I think I'm going to need to pay to have the rest of the sheetrock replaced myself because the part affected that they didn't patch just never dried properly and after all the humidity and my AC going out last summer, it's become a problem. I can't even sleep in my bedroom anymore without getting sick. I was inclined to give a lower rating just because of how sick I'm getting in that room but I want to be fair because they did do a lot to help fix the damage - it just seems like they were trying to take care of how it looked and get payment from me before it'd even dried and now I'm left with a mold problem I never had before. And maybe it wouldn't have been a problem after it'd gone dormant but with how humid that room has gotten it's become unlivable for me without shelling out more money for repairs. And this is exactly the kind of thing I wanted to prevent by getting the roof redone.
