From beginning to end my experience was incredible. They say you get what you pay for and Affordable Roofing Systems is worth every penny. Our roof needed to be replaced and we couldn’t wait any longer. David’s crew began on Thursday morning and finished by Saturday late morning. Very professional and respectful. Our home is a little over 3k sq ft. Their crew used large tarps to cover our pool and walkways and picked up every little nail, staple, and scrap- I couldn’t believe it! Very impressive. I highly recommend.

Hi David, Always a pleasure working with you and your team! I sent the below to Jordan and I told Felipe that I'd pass along to you and Steve if I had to do another roof, I’d request Felipe and his team again. I sincerely appreciated Felipe's attention to detail and willingness to help fix/replace the rotted wood facial boards and his help with doing a first coat of paint on the boards (front and back) as well as finishing touch up paint after caulking nail heads, etc. He even caulked the heat vents flashing last night so today they could be painted to better match the other roof vents. Thanks again for all of your help Jordan and getting us worked into the schedule. God is good and kept the rain away so we could have a weather free install! Steve, Felipe and crew were Awesome! Felipe was able to finish up this morning with a couple of needed ridge cap shingles and painted my heat exhaust vents. Felipe went the extra mile and got a first coat of paint on the replacement 1 x 6 facia boards. We needed to replace some that had rotted corners. My wife and I did a second coat of paint so when installed, Felipe could caulk over nails and do a final touch up coat of paint for us. Always a pleasure working with Affordable Roofing! Affordable Roofing Systems crew treated my property as their own. They were respectful and answered all of our questions, from the sales rep Dan, the work crew, and the Manager Danny. They completed the job in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done. I recommend Affordable Roofing Systems for any Roofing needs.

Do not recommend this company! Roof replaced 2 years ago and discovered dryer vent not attached when recently scheduled dryer vent cleaning from another vendor. Requested that they remedy the vent problem and no return response from company rep nor office personnel. This prompted us to have roof completely inspected. Had another roofer come out and found plastic goose necks on the roof (cheap material) and critical area not sealed as well as no shingles which explains leak in garage during last hurricane. Buyer beware! This was paid out of pocket not by an insurance claim.

Excellent experience from start to finish with David . The crew was very professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They explained the entire process clearly and completed the roofing job on time with great attention to detail. The quality of work exceeded my expectations.
