We recently had our impact windows and patio doors installed, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. What stood out most was the company’s reliability—they delivered exactly what they promised, with no surprises along the way. The project was completed right on schedule, which we truly appreciated. In an industry where delays are common, their punctuality and respect for our time made a big difference. The installation team arrived promptly each day and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The installers themselves were exceptionally polite and professional. They took the time to answer questions, kept the work areas clean, and treated our home with care throughout the process. In terms of performance, the team worked like a well-coordinated unit. Everything was organized, and you could tell they had strong experience and attention to detail. Their speed was also impressive—they moved quickly while still maintaining high-quality workmanship. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable, efficient, and professional installation of impact windows and doors.

Materials arrived 6 weeks after order was placed. Installation of all windows and doors were done in 3 days as promised by the Locktight team, not outside contractors. Job well done. Now awaiting final inspection from the county to complete trims and screen installation. Love my new impact doors and windows!

Quality work for a reasonable price. The crew arrived early and worked hard all day. The best part is LockTight dealt with my homeowners association so I did not have to.
