Our experience with LockTight was outstanding! Starting with our salesperson Rafael who helped us so much throughout the sale and continuing with everyone at the LockTight office. They were so helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests; special thanks to Marisol, Oni, Ken, Dane and others. The installation went smoothly. All techs were very professional, punctual and fast. They finished the job in two days and Wesley, the lead technician, did not leave until he triple checked each window and door. Now we are waiting for the city inspection but we are sure that LockTight will not let us down.

Would like to start by mentioning how impressed I was with the Sales Rep. the day he came to my home and make the presentation. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism & personalization.The level of knowledge of the product is what sold us on choosing LockTight for the job. 3 Technicians came to the home and impressed me immediately with the manner they introduced themselves and courteousness. Completely satisfied with the way the work turned out. Would recommend LockTight to anyone looking to replace their windows.

LocTight Impact Windows Doors and Roof did a phenomenal and excellent job installing my new windows and doors. They even clean up after their mess and discard of all old windows and doors. All workers were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I will be using LocTight again to install my new roof in the near future. Way to go LocTight Windows Doors and Roof.

My experience with LockTight Impact Windows and Doors was great. They installed five doors that work properly and are very secure. The crew worked tirelessly throughout the entire day and complete on the same day. Clean-up went well, leaving no trace of debris from the job. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great prices, quality material and workmanship should be LockTights motto.
