Evans Roofing was professional in every way. They explained everything to us so we understood the process at every step. Fabian was our sales rep and he was great. The whole process from start to finish took only about 6 weeks. After the roof tear off the tiles got delivered the week after and they were installed a few days later. I am interested in that kind of stuff so I watched most of the installation and the crew did a great job. They did not charge us for any extra plywood or facia board that they had to replace. Most companies will charge you extra for all of that. They even painted the facia and stucco where needed at no charge. The roof looks spectacular. I highly recommend Evans Roofing for all your roofing needs. Call them, you wont be disappointed. Thanks Fabian and thanks to your crew!

Nicolas Venmeenen the salesman and part owner provided us with a detailed but understandable explanation of the entire new roof installation process. Evans work crews during the installation process were experienced and hard working. I would highly recommend Evans Roofing Co.

You provided a completely new roof for is. Please let your company know how pleased we are with how polite and professional all of the people were that worked on our roof. There was never any request that we had that they would not attend to and Fabien was always there if I needed him. He definitely is the most polite and courteous person I know Nothing seems to ruffle his feathers. The job sight was always cleaned up after each day and the end result couldn’t look better. I will certainly tell anyone who asks that they should go with your company. Thanks again.

We used Evans Roofing because so many of our neighbors used them and none had any complaints. When we called they sent their sales rep Fabien Bellone. A very friendly and helpful man. When he came here the first time he was very professional and polite. He explained the roof replacement process and all the options. It took a while for us to make a decision because we were waiting for My Safe Florida Home to approve us. There were many steps along the way and Fabien was always available to help us throughout the process and very kind when we made a mistake or had to fix something on the application. We are very pleased with our roof. We would recommend using Evans Roofing and working with Fabien Bellone to anyone who is thinking of replacing their roof. I used Evans Roofing and I'm happy to report they did a wonderful job. Yoann Neves, the sales person, was the most communicative and professional service person I have dealt with in years. Every time I had a minor issue that was not being resolved I wound up reaching out to him throughout the process and he immediately was on top of it with answers and solutions. The teams that worked physically on the roof were also very professional and I could not be more pleased with the final outcome. I had looked at several companies and chose Evans based on reviews and good pricing. I highly recommend them, and be sure to ask for Yoann when you're ready for a roof!
