Three Tree Roofing replaced my house's sad, 25 year old roof. They are certified by the manufacturer for the installation of CertainTeed NorthGate which was appealing to me. It took a month to schedule a crew to come out (weather permitting / winter). They replaced my roof in 3 working days. Their crew even came with their own porta potty. I highly recommend them and their craftsmanship! Thank you Three Tree Roofing!

After researching ~30 different roofers and getting 3 different quotes, we chose Three Trees due to quality reviews, staff competence, materials and cost. Our overall experience with Three Tree Roofing was excellent. Chase, who handled the quoting process, was helpful, patient, and timely in responding to our many follow-up questions. He even made a second visit to show us material samples we had asked about. Brandon, our project manager, was also great with communication around timing and delays, and he responded promptly to follow-up questions either the same day or the following morning. Jose and his hardworking team were thorough with the installation and went the extra mile by touching up the nails for the fascia board installs and painting the vent stacks to match after replacing the boots. Although the job turned out to be larger than originally planned because most of the plywood needed replacement—I observed it myself, and it was clearly necessary—the team was able to reduce the per-sheet cost due to the larger purchase quantity and passed those savings on to us. The crew completed the installation in just over two days, including new skylights, and Brandon was able to schedule the gutter installers for the following day. They were fantastic as well and completed the quality installation in about an hour while meeting our spout directional drainage needs. Highly recommend them.

I just had a beautiful new roof installed by Three Tree Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier! My old roof was 37 years old and desperately needed replacing. From day one, the crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and kept the area spotless throughout the entire project. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Now, not only does my home look amazing, but I also feel safe and secure knowing the job was done right. After getting estimates from eight different roofing companies, I chose Three Tree Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Jack K. provided a fair, straightforward estimate, and Miguel and his crew did exceptional work on the installation of our new roof. What really impressed me was their commitment to making sure every detail was right. After the project was completed, Miguel’s crew came back to take care of touch-ups, and then Jon followed up afterward to complete the remaining items and ensure everything was finished cleanly and professionally. That level of follow-through and customer service is hard to find. The workmanship was great, and the team consistently went the extra mile. I’m really pleased with our new PVC roof, and I would highly recommend Three Tree Roofing to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a company that stands behind its work.

I chowed to have Three Tree roofing redo my roof- their bid was reasonable, with a good warranty after getting bids from 5 other roofers. The initial schedule was 6 weeks out, but got delayed by about 2 more weeks due to the weather. The communication was clear and work crew that came were courteous and cleaned up daily. After the work was done, I had a few questions and needed some follow up and THree tree came back to address the questions and issues. All in all, I had a good experience with them
