Exceptional Service from Todd Fries and the Shingle Masters Team! I had a fantastic experience working with Todd Fries as my sales rep. He went above and beyond from the start, even taking the time to drive me around the neighborhood to see different roof color options in person, which made choosing my roof color so much easier. Todd also gave me incredibly helpful advice with my insurance claim, encouraging me to push back where needed. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to secure additional funds toward my roof replacement. He’s not only knowledgeable but also personable, empathetic, and genuinely cares about his customers. The installation team was fast, professional, and thorough. They cleaned up everything afterward, not a single nail left behind! We had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The highlight of the whole process was working with Donny O. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Donny took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. His communication was excellent and he kept us informed the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The roofing crew also did an amazing job — the roof looks fantastic and they left everything clean when they were done. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company, I highly recommend them. From the start, Todd was extremely customer-friendly—he answered all my questions, explained the entire process from start to finish, and maintained great communication throughout. When the crew arrived, they were professional and efficient. Brandon, the foreman, clearly explained the day-to-day tasks, what to expect, and kept me updated with photos and progress follow-ups. The crew took extra care to protect the area around my home, covered the AC unit, and left my yard completely nail-free—I haven’t found a single one! Overall, it was a great experience.
