We just had our roof replaced by Kirkey Roofing. We found this company to be very professional and easy to work with. The salesman was very knowledgeable about not only the product, but also about the process that would occur from start to finish. After signing the contract, we heard from the office and the supervisor in charge of the project. They kept us informed every step of the way. The field coordinator kept us informed as to the day-to-day events, stopping by when needed, and was always available to answer any and all questions we had along the way. I would highly recommend this company.

We are really pleased with our new roof. The office staff and Dustin were professional and quick to respond to any of our questions. The workers kept the areas neat and clean. Chris, our project coordinator was great! All in all a great experience. We would definitely recommend Kirkey for any roofing needs!!!

Kirkey Roofing came to inspect my roof because my last inspection was two years ago. The technician arrived on time, performed his inspection, and then showed me digital photos of the nine cement roof tiles that needed replacement. They came back the following week to perform the repairs, and again, they showed me the “after” repair photos as a comparison. Kirkey Roofing was efficient, professional, and their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will continue their services.

We had our entire barrel tile roof replaced by Kirkrey Roofing in July 2026. We were fully impressed with their service. Dustin went over the contact with us and fully explained the entire process answering all our questions and addressed all of our concerns from signing the contract to receiving the Uniform Mitigation Verification Form. Work began on the date promised with Field Coordinator Chris managing the work and advising use of its progression. The roof was completed as scheduled at the contracted price. Kirkrey’s price was more than competitive in the bidding. We highly recommend them as a roofing contractor. Sal and Mary Fontana.

Pineapple Gulf Property Mgmt manages quite a few properties, and when a roofing issue and missing soffit came up at one of our managed properties, we needed a reliable company that could respond quickly. Linda with Kirkey Roofing came right out, provided an estimate, and within one week the repairs were completed. Thank you, Kirkey Roofing, for your prompt response, excellent communication, and getting the repairs taken care of so quickly. We appreciate your great service!
