Roof repair. Michelle had someone here the morning after my call. Bill did a very good job assessing and providing a temporary fix. The technicians, Rafael and Juan, worked quickly despite the summer heat and did an exceptional job Replacing a ridge vent and assessing, replacing, and fixing broken and cracked roof tiles. Final cost was reasonable. And Mary in the office was so helpful with multiple paperwork issues. I decided to try Florida Southern Roofing after seeing several of my neighbors have the roof roofs replaced by them. I was very pleased. Thank you! Highly recommend.

We used Florida Southern Roofing for a new roof in 2005, and have never had a problem in the 21 years. We decided to put a new roof on recently to update the roof to possibly lower our home owner insurance. Chad was very helpful consulting with us on what we wanted and needed with a new roof. Misty was great at managing the entire project from start to finish, and Junior did a good job as supervisor of the crew. Everyone worked hard at doing a great job on the roof, and keeping us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

FSR was a great company to work with from beginning to end. Chad was my salesmen. There was no pressure to sign a contract like many other companies we called. Chad went over every detail of the job before we signed. Cory and Junior were my contacts and made the job seemless. My Roof is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Florida Southern Roofing, they delivered on everything they promised. I can understand why they have been in business for 35 years it was a stress free experience which is hard to find with contractors. Thank you for a job well done Junior, Cory and Chad.

We had a fantastic experience working with Florida Southern Roofing. Chad Holt came out to assess the damage to our roof/ceiling that was leaking. He was professional and thorough. We booked them on Monday and the roofing technicians were here two days later on Wednesday for the repairs. Jose and Cesar completed the repairs in one day in 100+ degree heat, worked so hard and efficiently. I made them a cooler of ice and bottled water. They were very pleasant and professional throughout. That weekend, Sarasota was dumped on with heavy downpours and storms, but we remained dry and safe. We definitely recommend Florida Southern Roofing.
