My parents had a great experience with Evans Roofing. They helped with repairs on their new home in Florida. My parents are senior citizens, and it meant a lot to have someone who was honest, professional, and patient throughout the process. He quickly fixed a few damaged shingles, explained everything clearly, and made sure the roof was secure before leaving. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but he treated my parents with kindness and respect and did quality work at a fair price. We’re very grateful and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roofing repairs.

Evan's Roofing company sent a sharp, honest and thorough inspector and evaluator, Larry Neal, to evaluate our leaky roof. He provided a complete evaluation accompanied by pictures of our problems. He sent Sam Moore from Evan's Roofing to fix our roof problems. Sam did an amazing job. He did the work that was needed and actually repaired the roof. We had two other roofing companis who had tried to fix our roof over the past 18 months, but failed. There were 3 other companies who wouldn't even try to fix the problems but offered to replace the entire roof for over $100,000.00. Not one of these 5 other roofing companies found or fixed the problems we had. Yet, the 2 companies that tried and failed to fix our roof, charged us more over the last 18 months than Evan's Roofing charged us to actually fix the problem right. Both Larry and Sam were competent, honest and excellent at their jobs. I would reccommend Evan's Roofing to anyone looking for help with their roof.

Start to finish this was a great experience. We had a couple of roof issues flagged by the buyer on a home inspection. Larry reviewed our project and quickly scheduled the work so we would be done before closing. Honestly, this is best Tampa Bay contractor experience we’ve had in years. Highly recommend.
